The apartment is on 2 floors with a front patio with table and chairs, giving a spacious and comfortable feeling. There is a private back garden for evening BBQs and just relaxing From the bedroom (upstairs) is a large balcony for breakfast with views of the pool.The apartment has recently been refurbished to a high standard,and benefits from a full size oven with a four-plate ceramic hob in case you don't feel like visiting one of the many restaurants a short stroll away. The sandy beach, just 3 minutes away, is clean and safe for kids of all ages,with cafes and bars overlooking the beach.
There are also fantastic rock pools for diving and snorkelling, and at the harbour (3 mins walk) are centres for boat trips glass-bottom boat, scuba diving and wind-surfing. There's a free bus service which takes you to the nearby golf course and the Atlantico entertainment centre which boasts a ten-pin bowling alley and multi-screen cinema complex. The market on Saturday is great for gifts etc.

Notes on accommodation
we have Sky TV,which,if you bring a viewing card, will give you some GB programmes. If you don't have a card,you can still get Sky News and a few others. We also have a selection of DVDs, and a rental shop just up the road.

Outside
There is one large swimming pool (30m x 12m) and one small shallow pool for kids. On the upstairs balcony is a table and 2 lounging chairs. The front patio (great for breakfast or lunch in the sun) has a bar with stools, a table and 4 chairs which can be also used in the back garden where there is a large exterior sofa. This area is ideal for BBQs in the evening sunshine
Coast/Beach
The pretty man-made horseshoe bay complete with golden sand (safe swimming for kids) and sports marina, is a 2 min walk away. As is the harbour with its cafes and boat-trips. The town (2 mins walk in the other direction) has plenty of bars, restaurants and shops to suit all tastes and a lively Saturday market.
Golf
The free bus outside the complex takes about 10 mins to the Fuerteventura Golf Club which recently hosted the Spanish Open '365 days of sun, 365 days of Golf'.
Travel
Fuerteventura airport is a 10 mins drive and costs 8 euros in a taxi. Car hire is widely available but definitely not essential.
Distances
Caleta de Fuste is situated in the middle of the island, 15 mins from the capital, Puerto del Rosario. An excellent bus service can take you to busy Corralejo in the north, or the incredible beaches of Jandia in the south.
Further details
A free 5 minute bus-ride from just outside the complex takes you to the Atlantico Centre - a large modern shopping centre open every day which has 10-pin bowling, cinema, restaurants and snack bars, kids attractions, beaches and gardens and even a large supermarket!
Booking notes
A booking will held for 1 week free of charge to enable you to make travel arrangements. Then a non-returnable deposit of £50 per week will secure the time. The balance payable 4 weeks prior to departure. We can take payment either by cheque or PayPal.
