Also a short walk away from the Puerto Colon harbour where you can take a boat ride to see the resident pilot whales and dolphins. The bathroom and kitchen of the apartment have recently been refurbished. The apartment is equipped with tv, microwave, toaster, kettle and also a fan. Changeover day
We are very flexible with the change over day. Check in time is normally 3pm and departure time is 12 midday. If the apartment is not fully booked you can normally stay longer than 12 and check in before 3pm.

Nearest beaches are only a 5 minute walk away. La Pinta beach is a small quiet beach good for swimming. Fanabe beach is a large beach with lots of water sports to offer.
Travel
Nearest airport is Tenerife South which is only a 20 minute drive away.
Distances
Playa de las Americas is a 10 minute walk away. Los Cristianos is a 1 hour walk away or 10 minutes on a local bus. The capital Santa Cruz is a 1 hour local bus journey away.
Further details
Just a short walk away are lots of shops including, souvenir shops, duty free shops for perfume, alcohol and cigarettes. There are small supermarkets around, the main supermarket for a large food shop is only 5 minutes from your apartment. The harbour Puerto Colon is only 5 minutes walk away and this is where you can go on a boat to see the resident pilot whales and dolphins. The main banks are a short walk away from the apartment where you can change money or use the ATM.
Booking notes
When you want to confirm a booking I will need a 20% deposit and then 4 weeks before you arrive I will need the remaining balance paid. Payment can be made by credit card(there will be a 3% charge) or bank transfer.
