Designer furnishings throughout, a few minutes drive from Papagayo beaches, the best in Lanzarote and a short walk along a stunning seafront promenade to the prestigious Marina Rubicon, which is proving to be one of the most exclusive areas in Lanzarote, it has a wealth of fantastic restaurants, bars sitting out over the water and many wonderful shops to browse around. Playa Blanca shops and restaurants are also just a walk away. The villa has a private pool which is electronically heated all year, we are more than happy for you to speak to our pool technician should you require a change in the pool temperature at any time, it is surrounded by a large tiled patio area and an excellent garden which stands out immediately you turn into the road as one of the prettiest and most colourful - and a balcony with views of the sea and Fuerteventura. A taxi rank and large international supermarket are less than 50m away.

Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 has kingsize bed, fitted wardrobes and benefits from a balcony with views of the sea and Fuerteventura.
Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds and fitted wardrobes.
Both bedrooms have high quality bedlinen and full length mirrors.
Bathrooms: Bathroom with bath/shower, wc, bidet and marble sink.
Shower room with wc and sink.
Both are fully tiled to a very high standard with large fully lit mirrors.
Bath and hand towels are provided and changed mid-weekly.
Kitchen: The kitchen boasts top quality furniture, granite worktops, a
dishwasher, which is a touch of luxury as many villas do not have them as standard, large fridge/freezer, cooker, hob, microwave and all the necessary pans and utensils for your holiday stay.
Utility Room: Washing machine and drying area, seperate to the main kitchen with open air roof which makes drying clothes so easy.
Living Rooms: The lounge/dining area has plenty of room for relaxing, excellent pictures and soft furnishings, flat screen wall mounted satellite TV, DVD and CD player, selection of board games & a playstation 2 for the kids-young and old!
Other: Casa Margarita is south facing and looks out onto a wonderful tropical park area so there are no villas directly in front, it gets sun all day, 4 ergonomic sunloungers and padded seating around the table make lazy days around the pool very comfortable!
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Towels and linen are provided and changed mid week when the villa is cleaned as is the pool, we find this keeps the villa in tip top condition and makes your stay as clean and comfortable as poss. We also provide a beach towel per person for outside use.

Notes on accommodation
Casa Margarita has private parking but is situated in a very quiet location where parking is not an issue anyway.

Outside
Private heated pool [5mx3m] with large tiled patio area and gardens, Barbecue, sun loungers, wooden outside table and chairs and private off road parking.

Coast/Beach
5 minute drive from Papagayo beaches which are without doubt the best on the island, each cove offering the chance to see wonderful fish, rock pools, and enjoy golden sand. 2 minute walk from Colorados beach and just a few minutes drive to Dorada beach.

Golf
Teguise golf course is about a 30 min drive from the villa and has hosted the Canary Island open in the past, it is a really enjoyable course with spectacular views out to sea, although it can be very tough especially on a windy day when you will need your best game to hand! clubs, buggies and trolleys are available for hire, well worth a try and excellent because the weather is always so good in Lanzarote.

Travel
30 minute drive from Arrecife airport. Car not needed as everything is within walking distance including crazy golf, ten pin bowling, kids playground, trampolining, banks, boat hire, dive school and tennis but if you plan to get out and discover all of Lanzarote, out into the volcanic villages where grapes are grown in lava fields, and wine producers offer tastings of wonderful wines you will want to hire a car.

Distances
Playa Blanca shops and restaurants are just a few minutes by car. Timanfya National Park is a short drive and well worth a visit. Catch the ferry in Playa Blanca and take your car or go on foot to Fuerteventura.
