1 bedroom apartments on 2 floors, each sleeps up to 4 + 1 cot. These apartments are ideal either for a couple or family or for friends wanting to holiday together but who cherish their own space. Situated on a pleasantly landscaped complex just mintues away from the lovely beach which is shaped like a horse shoe making it safe for young children. There is a large swimming pool and childrens pool and a 24 hour supermarket across the road. Within minutes you are in the resort centre, with a multitude of bars and restaurants and a cinema and bowling alley. Each apartment has its own patio where you can sunbathe privately leading into the living room with a sofa bed. There is a TV offering basic Sky TV, a DVD and HI-FI. If you have your own Sky card (not Sky Plus though) bring it with you and you will be able to view more channels. Downstairs their is a lounge, cloakroom with WC, fitted kitchen area and breakfast bar. Upstairs has a bathroom and a bedroom leading out to a private balcony.

Notes on prices
The prices shown are reduced due to the swimming pool being closed until late 2008. You can use the 'San Jorge' swimming pool situated directly opposite the complex, and the beach is only 5 minutes away. Prices shown are per apartment per week in UK Pounds. maximum of 4 people sharing + 1 cot. Long term rentals considered at a reduced rate.
Changeover day
Change over days are flexible, please contact me with your enquiry. Apartments are availalbe from 4.30 pm on the day of arrival (bags are able to be left earlier). Departure from the apartments by 10 am. I will be as flexible as I can with the above.

Notes on accommodation
Our apartments are available singly or together. They are ideal either for a couple or family or for friends wanting to holiday together but who cherish their own space. This is a peaceful complex occupied by both residents and holiday makers and suitable for both children and the elderly. There is a poolside bar on the complex offering food and light entertainment. For more entertainment there are lots of bars and restaurants just a few minutes away in the town centre.
Outside
Each property has its own patio where you can sunbathe privately. There are patio tables and chairs and 2 sun loungers for each apartment which can be used around the pool. Each Balcony also has a table and chairs. There is a large communal pool and a small childrens pool
Coast/Beach
A two minute walk and you are on the seafront, and the beach and marina are a few mintues more. The golden beach is shaped like a horseshoe making it safe for young children. There are plenty of sun loungers and parasols on the beach and at the marina you can take a trip on a glass bottomed boat or go swimming with the dolphins.
Golf
Fuerteventura's PGA Championship golf course is an 8 minute drive away and includes a driving range. Club hire, cart hire and trolley hire are also available.
Travel
The nearest major airport is 10 miles away and costs around 10-15 euros by taxi. For 2 people travelling I offer a transfer service with my property manager to meet you at the airport and take you to the apartment, the cost for this is 15 Euros and is subject to availability.
Distances
Our apartments are in the heart of Caleta de Fuste. The beach, restaurants and bars are all a few minutes stroll away.
Further details
There is something for everyone in Caleta de Fuste. Water sports are very popular with widsurfing, scuba diving, jet skiing etc. There is also mini golf, tennis, fishing, ten pin bowling and the 18 hole PGA championship golf course. You can explore this unspoiled island and the 150 beaches by car or take a ferry trip to Lanzarote for the day. Otherwise you can just relax by the pool at the apartments and enjoy the sun.
Booking notes
There is a £50 (non refundable) deposit, per apartment, per week, required to secure your booking and a £50 security bond per apartment per booking which will be REFUNDED on return of keys and confirmation of no damage. The balance (non refundable) will be due 8 weeks prior to departure.
