Villa Alegria (Joy) is a spacious detached villa with private parking located at La Capellania, a 5 minute drive from the beautiful resort of Corralejo, Baku Water Park and local beaches (3km) and 10 minutes drive from the National Park with its spectacular beaches and sand dunes. It is tastefully furnished with all conveniences including television and DVD player, well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and outside utility area with washing machine. The garden has indigenous planting and a kidney shaped pool, shower, patio and decking areas; Sunbeds and patio dining complete this outside living area.

Changeover day
Arrival day is flexible subject to availability. We ask that you leave the villa by 10am on day of departure in order to prepare for new guests. Late checkout may be available depending on arriving guests.

Coast/Beach
The resort of Corralejo has several beaches (3km / 5 minute drive). The National Park and sand dunes are approximately 10 minutes drive - beautiful beaches ideal for windsurfing, sunbathing, walking.
Golf
New 9 Hole golf course opened 5 minutes drive from the villa.
2 Golf courses located at Caleta Del Fuste approximately 30-45 minutes drive, Golf clubs can be hired.
Travel
The airport is located just outside Puerto Del Rosario, 40 minutes drive (38Km). Car hire is recommended, Taxi service available in front of terminal (€40-50 approx.)
Distances
Corralejo local beaches, Water Park, 3km (5 min drive). By taxi approx €5 (£3.50), bus €1. National Park, beaches and sand dunes, approx. 6km (10 min drive). Calleta De Fuste, 45 min drive. El Cottilo, 15 min drive. Villa Verde 5 min drive.
Further details
Supermarket on site - open daily. Excellent selection of restaurants, bars, entertainment and shops in Corralejo. Local ferries from Corralejo to Lanzarote - Car ferry to Playa Blanca (prices from port) / passenger ferry to Puerto Del Carmen.
Booking notes
A deposit of £100 per week is required when booking, balance due 10 weeks prior to arrival at villa.

About the owner
My husband and I fell in love with the villa on a 1/2 day visit to the island and decided to buy it there and then. It is named after my husbands mother Joy - Villa Alegria (meaning Joyous). We do not get out to the villa as much as we would like but intend to spend more time out there in the coming years.
We hope you enjoy our Fuerteventura home as much as we do.
