This luxury villa has been built to an extremely high UK standard and the interior is minimalist in style. It was recently featured in the Canarian equivalent of ‘Hello’ Canarias 7 magazine where it was described as one of the most wonderful luxurious houses on the island - "A pearl in Tauro". The property is totally air conditioned (if required) and comprises large lounge and dining area with guest toilet, kitchen with exterior attached dining area, sun terrace with sun beds, 11m x 6m infinity swimming pool, back of house garden, 4 bedrooms with dressing rooms and all have en-suite bathrooms. Notes on prices
Price shown is for the property per week in UK Pounds and is based on a Monday changeover day. If any other changeover day is chosen a 2 week rental price will apply. There are supplements for Christmas, New Year and Easter. Also there are sometimes last minute discounts available throughout the year. Last minute discounts available.
Changeover day
Changeover day can be flexible if bookings permit. The majority of flights arrive in Gran Canaria on Saturdays and Mondays.

All bedrooms have double beds apart from 2nd which has 2 single beds which can be joined together. The Master and second bedrooms have spectacular views looking out over the valley and golf course to sea. All bedrooms are air conditioned (if required). |

All bedrooms are en-suite. The master and second bedrooms have walk in showers and dressing rooms. The other 2 bedrooms have baths with showers. |
| Kitchen: |
A Bosch kitchen including cooker, induction hob, microwave, American fridge supplying drinking water and ice, expresso coffee maker, Miele dishwasher. The kitchen is italian with Corian work surfaces and is equipped to a high standard. |
| Utility Room: |
2 washing machines and dryer. Another utility room has a steam iron plus ironing board. |
| Living Rooms: |
Spacious lounge with views out to sea. It has a 51 inch Pioneer TV with CD/DVD player and satellite TV. Surround/cinema sound system and a library of DVDs for your use. Dining room area. |

Wi-Fi ADSL facility is available (1mb line). If you have a wi-fi enabled computer you can access the internet up to a maximum of 10 metres from the study where the router is located. |
Cleaning/towels/

Towels and linen for interior use are provided. Property is cleaned once per week when all linen and towels will be changed. |

Accessibility
The only rooms accessible to wheel chair users would be the basement bedrooms which would require 1 step only to access the bedroom from street level. To gain access to the lounge area would require a manual lift of some 20 steps.
Outside
Back garden to house is lovely to chill in during the day and is spectacularly lit at night. There is a sun terrace with hammocks and gas barbecue. Outside the kitchen is a dining area with an 8 seater table, where you will unquestionably spend most of your time either reading, eating or taking in the spectacular views!
Coast/Beach
15 minutes walk to beaches. Spectacular public beach of Amadores is within 25 minutes walk or 5 minutes car ride away.
Golf
Anfi Tauro Golf course is 3 minutes from the house. 18 holes Championship course designed by Van Hagge (he also designed Wisley in Surrey). A Par 3 course plus driving range is situated in the valley close to the main golf course. Salobre, Melonares and Maspalomas golf courses are within 15/20 minutes of the house by car. El Cortijo and Bandama (the oldest golf club in Spain) are 35-50 minutes respectively from the house by car.
Special interest holidays
Mountain walks are freely accessible and 2 of the principal walks are 2 mins from the house - Tauro to Playa del Cura and Mogan and/or Tauro to Arguineguin.
Travel
Las Palmas airport is 25 mins away from the house and is well served by Easyjet and other operators from London Gatwick and Manchester as well as Aer Lingus from Dublin and various charter operators from Belfast and Glasgow.
Distances
Nearest tourist town is Puerto Rico which is 5/10 minutes away by car or taxi and has all amenities including shops, restaurants and bars etc.
Further details
There is a local SPAR supermarket in the valley (10 minutes walk) and a local restaurant beside the supermarket. There is also another SPAR supermarket at Playa del Cura (5 minutes by car)
Booking notes
The villa is available for various weeks during the year. 20% deposit is required when booking with the final amount due 8 weeks before arrival.

This is just a quick note to let you know how much we enjoyed our week in your home. The villa was very impressive, from the waterfall that greeted us to the superb views and sunsets that emerged. The staircase... well what can we say... masterpiece! I have to say a big personal thank you to the biggest of your 3 frogs which chose a very apt moment to pop out of the pond and introduce itself!
