The magnificent luxury Villa Del Sueno is ideally situated in the Canarian village of Tias in Lanzarote. Just a short walk from the Villa is the village centre where you will find supermarkets, shops, good restaurants, Tapas bars, local bakery and taxi rank. The spacious Villa is tastefully decorated to a high standard and has 4 Double bedrooms with large private terrace. Very importantly (During the winter period) the full size pool is electrically heated pool whilst being surrounded by comfortable cushioned sun beds and barbecue area. Air conditioning and ceiling fans keep you cool during those warm sultry nights. A large 7 seater hot tub Jacuzzi is on the terrace for that soothing and relaxing soak and Hydroair massage. Free Wi-Fi Wireless High speed Internet Hotspot is available throughout the villa, also a computer with broadband is situated within the villa for Internet access 24 hours a day. Stay in touch with friends and business whilst sipping that holiday cocktail.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds.
Tariff rates are for up to 4 people. There is a £95 per person per week extra, up to 8. Terms: Bookings are from Thursday 2.00pm to Thursday 10.00am £200 per week deposit payable on confirmation of bookings. Infants under 2 are free. Balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to departure.
We accept credit cards Visa or Mastercard for payment with paypal.
Please note that there is a 3% charge per credit card transaction.
Changeover day
Bookings are normally from Thursday 2.00pm to Thursday 10.00am.(although depending on bookings we can be flexible on that)

The villa offers four large bedrooms (two twin, two double).
The master bedroom has super king size fully adjustable electricity operated double bed for that special nights sleep. |

The villa has three bathrooms with twin marbled his'n'hers sinks in two, two are en-suite and one with a jacuzzi bath. Two hairdryers are also provided.
The second en-suite is a Wet room. |

Villa Del Sueno has a luxury fitted kitchen equipped with a Fridge/Freezer, Full size oven & hob, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and orange squeezer. |

There is also a large lounge and dining area with seating for 8. In the lounge is a 42" flat screen TV, together with a full Sky Plus system with Sports/Movies, together with DVD and music system (Radio/CD) are provided. |

Notes on accommodation
To offer all our guests that extra peace of mind whilst relaxing on holiday there is a user friendly burglar alarm system installed. The villa has 4 double bedrooms, three bathrooms with wet room, showers and jacuzzi bath, hair driers supplied. Full Sky Plus digital Satellite with 42" flat screen TV, Sky Sports/Sky Movies etc, plus HD DVD player and music system (Radio/CD). Also TV's in master bedroom and twin bedroom, ample cushioned sun loungers and patio dining furniture. Furnished and maintained to a very high standard. Welcome pack provided upon arrival.

Accessibility
For wheelchair users - at the front of the property there are 2 steps up. The large terrace and the villa are all then on one level.
Outside
Outside the villa features a private pool and large sun terrace and very importantly (during the winter period) the full size pool 9x4m is electrically heated pool whilst being surrounded by comfortable cushioned sunbeds and BBQ area. There is also al fresco dining for 8 persons. On the terrace you can immerse yourself in your own warm water therapeutic 8 position spa hot tub, combining an experience that is both rejuvernating and healing, whilst washing away muscle and joint pains with hydro massage water jets. Further relaxation with our new pool table area.
Coast/Beach
Lanzarote the sun-kissed easterly island of the Canaries is claimed to be the most exclusive. The climate is dominated by north eastern trade winds and the warm Canarian stream producing glorious summer temperatures all year round. The main resort is in the centre of the island and the most popular resort being Puerto Del Carmen with over 5 kms of golden sand, rocky divides and palm trees. Only a five minute drive away from the hustle and bustle of Carmen, Villa Del Sueno can be found.
Golf
Just 2 minutes from the villa is a brand new 18 hole golf course under construction making this the second course on the island Lanzarote. The existing golf course is situated in Costa Teguise a 15 minute car journey away.
Travel
CAR HIRE We can arrange competitively priced Car Hire during your holiday here in Lanzarote with a major car hire company. Prices are from 20 euros per day for an opel Corsa to 68 euros per day for a 9 seater Opel Vivaro. Prices include unlimited milage, fully comprehensive insurance and local taxes. Vehicles can be collected and returned to airport. With English personnel to meet you upon arrival in Lanzarote.
