Casa Oceano is a spacious L-shaped 3 bedroom privately owned villa with prime position and views to the sea and islands of Lobos and Fuerteventura. A promenade along the seafront is 250yds away. This luxurious villa has a private heated swimming pool outside al fresco marbled dinning table with large patio and bar-b-q The highest quality furnishings boast a king size waterbed in the master bedroom with double doors out to the patio, and a spacious dressing room. Two more big twin beds can, if so desired, be made up for you into 2 double beds by zipping the mattresses together. Two excellent put-up beds are also in the villa allowing it to sleep 8. The villa has a full glass atrium in the hall area with control openings above. Leather sofas and satellite TV in the lounge. This villa, marbled throughout has a superb fully fitted kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, electric cooker, iron, fridge freezer etc. There is an drying area and utility room with a washing machine for your use.

Agent cleans before arrival and make up beds with fresh linen and bath towels. There is a mid clean for a 2 week duration providing a change of bedlinen and towels. Please bring your own Beach Towels. The agents will help with any questions. |
Notes on accommodation
The living room next to the kitchen has wonderfully comfortable leather sofas with satellite TV, CD and DVD player with double doors opening on to a very private pool and patio. A lovely glass atrium with views to the pool and sea give a spacious and airy feel to the villa with high windows that can be opened or closed.The BBQ is built on its own terrace to benefit from the evening sun for those barmy nights and romantic lighting around the terracing helps create the atmosphere when eating succulent steaks at the outside Canarian marble table that sits 8 under the pergoda. The master bedroom boasts a temperature controlled king size waterbed, so comfortable you might want to dash home and buy one too! Very close are restaurants a lovely coffee and patisserie shop. The private heated swimming pool allows swimming all year round in tropical conditions (please note £65 per week for pool heater).
Accessibility
The villa is all on one level and can accommodate wheelchairs.
Outside
There are 8 patio loungers with cushions and a impressive fixed marble table and chairs under a pergoda for getting out of the sun when enjoying lunches or suppers.
Coast/Beach
Playa Blanca resort is 5 minutes drive away and must see beautiful sandy Papagayo beaches close by. From Playa Blanca a drive on ferry runs to Fuerteventura many times a day and is a great way to see this close island. Supermarket and restaurants are all within minutes away. A promenade along the sea front close to the villa runs all the way to the
resort.
Golf
There is a golf course at Costa Teguise.
Travel
A car is considered essential to fully enjoy the island.
The airport is 25 minutes drive away on very good roads.
Distances
Playa Blanca town centre is 5 - 10 minutes away with the ferry port to nearby islands.

A deposit of £200 secures the villa with the balance due 8 weeks before you fly.
