Set in a private location within 20 mins walk of the beautiful beaches of Papagayo and 25 mins walk along the seafront promenade to Marina Rubicon with it's high class shops, restaurants, tennis, cycle hire, fishing, watersports, bowling alley and mini golf. The villa is tastefully decorated and well equipped. It is within 5 minutes drive of Playa Blanca centre which has lots of seafront restaurants. It has private parking next to it and is situated on a cul de sac with 4 other villas. There is a shopping complex of shops, an ice cream parlour, sports bar and restaurants within an easy 10 minute walking distance. There are also two 4/5 star hotels within this complex if you fancy a coffee or cocktail. This has a play area for younger children.

Towels and linen included but please bring your own beach towels. Weekly linen and towel change. Property cleaned weekly and the pool is cleaned and the water quality kept in pristine condition twice a week. |
Notes on accommodation
Strictly no smoking inside the villa please. Cots available for hire on request at an additional charge usually payable locally.
Please be aware that the villa is situated in a residential area and as such it will be usual to experience events such as refuse collection, occasional dogs barking and general maintenance of other homes. We cannot accept responsiblity for the actions or behaviour of local residents. We would, of course, advise you of any adverse noise/disturbance as soon as we became aware of it.

Close to the finest beaches on the island. Beaches within walking distance. Further beaches 5 minutes by car.
Travel
Arrecife airport approximately 35 minutes transfer time. Car hire recommended. For an additional charge we can arrange for you to be picked up at the airport. (Approximately 30 euros each way).
Distances
Within 5/10 minutes drive of natural beaches of Papagayo. These beaches can be reached on foot in approximately 20 minutes. Timanfiya Fire Mountain approximately 15 minutes by car.
Further details
Supermarket less than 5 minutes driving distance. Shops, restaurants, banks and clinics within 5 minutes drive. Exclusive Marina Rubicon with restaurants and bars within 5 minutes drive. There are also facilities for water sports nearby.
Booking notes
£100 deposit. Final payment due 8 weeks prior to departure. It is essential clients arrange their own comprehensive travel insurance.
