Villa Bonita is a spacious three bedroom villa situated in the central area of Puerto Del Carmen near all amenities. There is a heated swimming pool, ample patio furniture, a huge sun terrace, the central feature of which is the barbecue and a sheltered exterior area ideal for evening barbecue dining or shade on very hot days.
Upper level consists of a double bedromm with double bed opening to a terrace, a second bedroom with twin beds and a bathroom fitted with a shower and bidet, basin and toilet. The lower level has a further bedroom with twin beds and a second bathroom with vanity unit, toilet and bath. The kitchen provides all equipment that you would expect from a modern property. The attractive lounge /dining room includes satelite TV, video, CD and DVD player. Villa Bonita offers excellent accommodation and is well located for access to all local amenities therefore a car is not necessary.

Changeover day
Changeover days are flexible.Guest are expected to be ready to leave by 10am. It is sometimes possible to stay on longer with the agreement of the Management.

Notes on accommodation
The property has walls all around the patio therefore is very secure and safe for young children. Please note that children must always be supervised around the pool area.
Accessibility
As this property is on ground level with no steps leading up then it is ideal for wheelchair access. Bath is downstairs.
Outside
The patio at Villa Bonita is a feature as it is very spacious. There is a barbecue with all necessary utensils and equipment, with ample quality patio furniture. The private pool is solar heated from April to October, electric back up available for winter months.
Coast/Beach
There are apparently over 80 beaches in Lanzarote the nearest of which is about 400 yards down the road. This is a large clean beach with beautiful clean "Blue Flag" sea.
Golf
The new golf course is only minutes away by car or taxi. There is also another course in Costa Teguise about 20 minutes away.
Travel
Arrecife airport is only 10-15 minutes away.
Distances
The nearest supermarket is about 100 yards with the main shops, bars and restaurants about 250-300 yards away.
Booking notes
A deposit of 30% is required to secure the booking with the balance being due 8 weeks before departure.
