This is the villa for your perfect family holiday. It is one of a very few villas that has a shaded play area secured from the pool. The owners have furnished the villa to an extremely high standard and equipped it with everything you’ll need to maximise your enjoyment. The modern fully fitted kitchen is a standout with it’s under unit lighting. Progress from there to the spacious lounge with Satellite TV, plus a superb home cinema system for DVD, CD and MP3, to the en-suite master bedroom with kingsize bed, radio/cassette CD player, and finally through the patio doors to the magnificent covered dining terrace where you can enjoy your barbecue and bottle of wine as you watch the stunning sunset over Fuerteventura. The only thing we can’t promise you with this villa is a better one!

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds, for 4 people sharing per week. Additional persons max 6 add £55 per person per week. Under 5 years go free. Less 10% for single couples. Less 10% for bookings of 3 weeks or more.
Changeover day
We prefer Thursday changeover date, but are happy to accommodate any day if it is at all possible.

Outside
The large balcony gives a great opportunity to eat alfresco with a large BBQ on one of the terraces. The gardens are very richly planted to give colour and privacy with many bougainvillea's, hibiscus, cactus, avocado, banana, orange, yucca's, agave's, strelitzia, and more. The property is surrounded by walls. The private electrically heated swimming pool maintains a year round temperature of 28c and is surrounded by Sun loungers for those lazy days.
Coast/Beach
The villa Is about 550m from Playa Flamingo beach, restaurants, supermarkets and shops.
Travel
Arrecife airport is approx 30km away. There is a taxi service from the airport, which can sometimes mean a short wait and costs 40 euros. Or we can give details of a very reasonable, English speaking car hire company who will meet you at the airport and who accept credit card payments.
