Playa Blanca is on the southern coast of Lanzarote. It is a quiet and peaceful resort which has developed around a small fishing harbour. There are three sandy beaches with clear seas and spectacular views across to the northern tip of the island of Fuerteventura. Playa Blanca has a pretty seafront promenade lined with many restaurants, bars and shops. Villas Blancas 14 is a newly constructed single level detached villa in the Montana Roja area of Playa Blanca. It offers modern and spacious accommodation for up to 6 people. The villa has two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one ensuite), lounge area (with comfortable double sofabed) dining area, internal garden, up to date fully fitted kitchen, large south facing patio area and a private pool within an attractive and appropriately landscaped garden in keeping with the biosphere status of the island.

Eighteen hole Golf course situated in Costa Teguise, 40-45 minutes by car from Playa Blanca.
Travel
Arrecife airport is about 30 minutes drive from the villa. A taxi service for up to 5 passengers plus their luggage to and from the villa is available - details on request. Car hire is also available at the airport. There are also several taxi companies who operate from both the airport and from the centre of Playa Blanca.
Further details
There is a gym at Virginia Oasis (five minute walk from villa). There are numerous books and fliers containing maps and information about all kinds of activities and places of interest which are available to choose from on Lanzarote. These are kept in a cupboard in the lounge area and are there for the guests’ perusal.
Booking notes
Payment for bookings can be made by bank transfer or by cheque. A deposit of 30% is required when booking, the balance being payable eight weeks before arrival. If booking less than eight weeks before arrival then payment is required in full. A refundable breakage deposit of £100 is also required at the time of booking.

Mr & Mrs K, Berkshire - It was spacious, welcoming, very comfortable and luxuriously furnished. We felt at home from the very first moment. The children had heaps of fun in the pool and on the beach - they want to go back next year! Playa Blanca is a wonderful family resort, the villas location was perfect, quiet and peaceful, but still close to all ammenities. We found a great gym nearby. We have had the best holiday sofar, truly relaxing and full of fun. We only wish we could have stayed a fortnight.
Mr & Mrs C, Midlands - We liked the villa. The design was excellent, with all the rooms except the bathrooms accessing the pool/patio area, and the rooms were a good size. We liked the thought with which the rooms were finished: the furniture, the floor vases, the flowers and even sea shells in the kitchen. We were very comfortable it was a pleasure to stay there. Montana Roja was an interesting place to be - weve not stayed next to an extinct volcano before! Great value for money.
