Situated just outside the family resort of Caleta de Fuste and 5 minutes from the beach by car, you will find the beautiful, detached Villa Amanda located on Fuerteventura's premier golf course with spectacular views of sea and mountains. The villa has everything needed to make your holiday relaxing and comfortable; a fantastic free-form heated pool with sunbathing ledges, beautiful gardens, al fresco dining, private sun terrace, master bedroom with super kingsize bed and en suite bathroom, 1 twin bedded room, 1 triple bedded room and separate bathroom, fully fitted kitchen - in fact every comfort imaginable. Within walking distance is a new shopping complex complete with large supermarket, bars, restaurants, designer shops and bowling alley. The villa is 15 minutes drive from the airport so your holiday can begin as soon as you leave the plane! In Caleta itself there are a good selection of restaurants, shops, a small marina and a safe, sandy beach ideal for families.

Changeover day
Normal change-over day is Wednesday. The villa cannot be occupied until 1500 hours on arrival and vacated at 1000 hours on the day of departure. Facilities are available for storage of suitcases if you have a late flight.

Outside on the verandah, there is a wooden dining table, bench and 3 chairs. 2 tables and assorted chairs on the sun terrace. 6 sunbeds are available for around the pool or on the terrace. Beautiful landscaped gardens. |

Towels and linen included (except beach towels) & changed weekly. Property cleaned weekly but midweek clean can be available for an extra charge. Pool cleaned Weds & Sat. Gardener visits weekly. |
Notes on accommodation
The pool is 1-1.5m deep; small children must be supervised at all times. Our Villa is beautifully furnished and no smoking is allowed inside. A breakage deposit of £200.00 is payable when the final balance is due and will be returned within 10 days of departure inspection.

Outside
Landscaped gardens front & rear with large patio area around pool. 6 sunloungers, large umbrella, shower and Canarian BBQ. The private pool is a unique, free-form design measuring approx 7.5 x 3.5m with steps and a sun bathing area. Pool area is private and screened from properties either side. Wooden table and chairs for outside dining with shading above. Upstairs is a large roof terrace for private sunbathing, tables and chairs, and unrivalled views of the golf course, sea and mountains.
Coast/Beach
Fuerteventura has many miles of wonderful sandy beaches. The beach at Caleta is a 5 min drive from Villa Amanda where water sports, diving, jet-ski etc are available.
More deserted beaches can be found to the north near Coralejo, approximately half an hour by car or to the south, 40 to 50 minutes by car. In the north, deserted lagoons and further beaches can be found around the small port of El Cotillo approximately 45 minutes drive away.
Golf
Villa Amanda is situated on Fuerteventura's premier 18-hole, par 70 golf course which is reached through the 5* Elba Palace Golf Hotel, a couple of minutes walk from the villa. The hotel is open to non-residents and has a café overlooking the driving range, together with an a la carte restaurant. We can also offer inclusive taylor made golf packages.
Travel
Although car hire is recommended for enjoing the island to the maximum, taxis are plentiful, modern and relatively cheap. Use can also be made of local, reliable buses. Ferries to other Islands (Lanzarote is close by) are also available.
Distances
Caleta de Fuste is 2km from Villa Amanda with abundant shops, restaurants and entertainment.
The Island's capital, Puerto Del Rosario is approximately 12 km away. Further afield, Betancuria (the island's old capital) and fascinating museum is aproximatley 45 - 60 minutes drive along a winding mountain road with breathtaking views.
Further details
The island is famous for its peace and quietness, goats, aloe vera, deep sea fishing, windsurfing and other water sports. If you enjoy haggling over prices, there is a colourful market on Saturday mornings in Caleta. Offers range from leather goods, to designer watches and sunglasses, beach clothes and genuine African wood carvings. There are plenty of bargains to be had!
Cash machines and banks are plentiful. Almost everything you would expect to buy in an English town is available in Puerto del Rosario.
Booking notes
A 20% non-refundable deposit is payable at the time of booking with the balance to be paid no later than six weeks prior to departure. Once the deposit has been received your booking will be confirmed.
Flight numbers, arrival and departure times will need to be forwarded to us once known in order for our agent to meet you at the villa.
A breakage deposit of £200 is payable when the final balance is due. This will be returned to you within 10 days of your departure inspection.
