This villa is tastefully furnished and very well equipped. The living room has excellent sea views and patio doors leading out onto the terrace. There is a separate fitted kitchen with every convenience necessary for a self-catering holiday. There is a sunbathing terrace with sun beds surrounding the kidney shaped, heated pool which measures approximately 7 metres. From this terrace there are panoramic views out onto the sea, looking out over Arrecife, Puerto del Carmen and over to the neighbouring island of Fuerteventura.
Villa Florella is conveniently located, only 5 minutes walk into the centre of Tias village with its numerous bars, restaurants and supermarkets and only a short drive from the main resort Puerto del Carmen. It is centrally located on the island, an ideal location from which to explore it. It is the ideal choice for those who prefer to be in a quieter location yet within easy reach of the amenities of the main resort.

The villa has a small front garden. There is a large sunbathing terrace with sun beds surrounding the kidney shaped pool which measures approximately 7 metres x 3.5 metres and which is heated all year round to 27º. It is a private pool, with an external shower. The barbecue area is in one corner of the terrace, with panoramic views.
Coast/Beach
Nearest beaches are about 8 km away in Puerto del Carmen, a 10 minute drive. Puerto del Carmen has long, wide, beaches. All amenities for families at hand.
Golf
Nearest golf course is in Tias, 3km away (a 3 minute drive away).
Travel
Arrecife, Guacimeta airport is ony a 6 minute drive away.
Distances
Centre of Tias village is a 5 minute walk away. It is a lively village, with bakeries, take-aways, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, banks etc.
Booking notes
Usually an initial provisional booking is made, which is held for 24 hours until it is made definite against payment by bank transfer of 50% of the total price. The remaining 50% is paid during the first 5 days of the month before departure.
