This wonderful apartment has a modern high spec.open plan bright kitchen with USA F/F+ icemaker, dishwasher, cooker, hob, microwave & washing machine. A breakfast bar divides the lounge area which has a leather suite that is not suitable for sleeping on (no sofabed), a flat screen wall mounted TV/DVD & elec.ceiling fan.
Bedroom # 1 has twin beds (usually together), elec.ceiling fan & patio doors that lead out to the terrace. The fabulous marble en-suite bathroom has both bath & separate shower enclosure, hand basin vanity unit & wc.
Bedroom # 2 with twin beds & elec.ceiling fan has another modern luxury marble en-suite with shower, hand basin & wc.
Cot & high chair available if required.
"Z" bed also available but only for 1 extra child.
We do not overcrowd our apartments and will not accommodate 5 adults.
Patio furniture including 4 sunbeds & mattresses, table and chairs for 4.
Weekly cleaning - All bedlinen and towels included - changed weekly. Beach towels are not included.

Bedroom 3 has twin beds & patio doors that also leads through the conservatory onto the terraces. Both these rooms share 2nd bath/shower room.A cot & high is available if required.
A large open-plan lounge/dining area with TV & DVD which has a bar separating the well-equipped kitchen which includes a cooker, hob, microwave and 2 fridges with iceboxes.
Patio furniture includes sunbeds, tables and chairs.
Weekly cleaning - all bedlinen and towels included and changed weekly.

Notes on accommodation
Both properties are suitable for children - especially the 2 bedroom apartment on the ground floor as they can be visible at most times from the private terrace area of the apartment.

We now also have a newly built magnificent luxury 5 bedroom (all en-suite) Villa with its own pool, garden & even a Hot Tub in Praia da Luz on the western Algarve in Portugal. This Villa certainly has the "WOW" factor & can be seen on this website ref.# P3868

Outside
The 2-bedroom apartment has its own private gated terrace area which gives direct access to the 2 large saltwater swimming pools (one heated) which cover an area of 1,800 sq. metres. At the far side there is a good quality pool bar/restaurant. The 3-bedroom apartment has amazing sea & coastline views especially at sunset where people travel miles to this point to watch the sun go down. Its huge terraces cover an area of approx. 100sqm making this property very spacious.

The complex is extremely attractive with highly maintained gardens and impeccable standards. It also has a calm & tranquil feel to it & is praised many times for it's peace & quiet. All the facilities on Parque Santiago 3 can be shared with guests on Parque Santiago 4 including their very large swimming pools, the fabulous new childrens mini water park, the new gym & massage facilities, table tennis, pool tables & mini golf on P.S. 5 behind the supermarket.
Both reception areas have internet facilities.

Coast/Beach
Situated on the sea front and only 50 metres to the beach which has soft white sand and is cleaned daily with sunbeds and some water sports available. An attractive promenade, lined with palm trees, follows the coastline around the complex and is a very pleasant walk to both Los Cristianos or Playa de las Americas. This location is wonderful for glorious sunsets and listening to the sea.

Golf
Tenerife as a true golfing destination has been waiting in the wings for several years. Golf tourism in Tenerife is booming. Tenerife now has six golf courses open for play: 1. Real Club De Golf Tenerife, 2. Golf Del Sur, 3. Amarilla Golf, 4. Los Palos, 5. Golf Las Americas, 6. Costa Adeje. 1. In the North of the island is The Real Club de Golf de Tenerife. In the south of the island Golf del Sur was in agurated in 1987 with a professional golf tournament and since then has been the scene of a number of international events. Travel
Only 20 minutes away from the “Reina Sofia” International Airport. Car hire is not required as almost everything is in walking distance and, if not, taxis are easily available in the location and are fairly reasonable.

Booking notes
Booking deposit (50%) is payable by cheque or bank transfer within 10 days of reserving the Apartment. The balance due is payable by cheque or bank transfer at least 6 weeks prior to departure date.
Keys of the apartment, information leaflet and an authorisation form for free sun beds passes will be sent at least 3 weeks before departure date.
For bookings made within 6 weeks prior to arrival, a full payment is required.
