Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds and are based on 2 people sharing. Rent this quality villa for as little as £375 per week. Add £50 per week for 3rd and 4th person (first child goes free). A security bond (£100 per booking and refundable) must also be paid at the time of paying the balance. Free child places.

Changeover day
Thursdays is our preferred changeover day. We will consider others days, so please ask us.

Accommodation

Notes on accommodation
Suitable for couples and families alike. A brochure of the island's attractions can be made available to help you during your stay. The patio around the pool has been extended and a beautifully crafted natural volcanic stone wall has been erected to provide additional privacy to bathers (and keep the little ones from wandering). Guests are also welcome to make use of our table tennis table, which can be used on either the extended terrace or in the alfresco dining area when it is breezy. Table tennis bats and balls are provided. The villa is surrounded on three sides by beautifully professionally landscaped gardens with the pool to the front of the villa (photographs available on request). In addition to the private pool, there is also a large communal swimming pool which is ideal both for exercise and also for children to enjoy.

Amenities/Facilities provided

Accessibility
We have erected a path to the side of the villa for easy wheelchair access to the rear of the property (through wider doors into the lounge and/or master bedroom). There is however at the moment, a small step to the path.

Outside
Pool is 8x4m, and covered (roller). Surrounding patio area comes complete with two separate free standing parasols for shade from the sun, table and chairs. Matching sunloungers to parasols are located around the pool, for you to sunbathe with a cool drink at your side.

Coast/Beach
5 minute walk to the coast. The Island has an excellent range of beaches. The three main beaches are Playa Flamingo, Playa Dorada, Playa Blanca and the many famous protected beaches and coves of Papagayo which forms part of a national park. There are also small, local beaches 5-10 minute walk away. Details are included in our brochure at the villa or can be requested prior to booking.

Golf
30 mins (by car). A new championship golf course (within a mile is planned). Guests have complementary use of tennis courts at the local hotel. Bicycles can also be hired and guests are able to join a local gymnasium at the local hotel. Further information can be given.

Travel
Arecife Airport is 30 minutes by car. Car hire is recommended in Lanzarote (to visit the wide range of attractions, beaches, shops etc.).

Distances
The local shops and bars are a short walk away. Faro Park shops are a 5 minute walk away and there are a number of restaurants with stunning views of the beach and the Island of Fuerteventura within a 5-10 minute walk of the villa (directions are available at the villa). Playa Blanca Village/Harbour/Marina with its excellent range of bars and fish/Spanish restaurants is a short drive by car. Taxis usually cost about 4 euros.

Further details
The family friendly resort of Playa Blanca is a mere 5 minute drive away and has an ambundance of excellent restaurants and shops with very few noisy nighclubs. Information/recommendations on shops, bars restaurants etc are included in our brochure at the villa.
