Changeover day
Changeover days are flexible subject to availability. Arrival times/departure times are also flexible depending on flight times. On changeover days if people are moving in or out on the same day, check in/out times will usually be 11am/3.00pm.

Patio area equipped with patio table and chairs, sun loungers, charcoal barbeque. The property enjoys the facility of a communal swimming pool adult/children's.

Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is approx 1km walk, whilst the man-made beach of Caleta is approx 2 km walk. The beaches are fully equipped with sun beds. The beautiful beaches around the island can be accessed by car approx 30 - 60 minutes drive.

Golf
Green fees are discounted to people staying on the Golf complex. There is a driving range and 18 hole course, which is situated in the heart of the 5* Elba Palace Hotel, approx 2 minute walk from the house. a second gold course Las Salinas is now open

Special interest holidays
A wide range of water sport are available like Surfing, Windsurfing, Kite Surfing Quadbiking, Fishing

Travel
Fuerteventura Airport is located 8 kms from the property. Car hire is recommended but not essential (the Elba Hotel located on the Golf Course offers a courtesy bus into the centre of Caleta). Taxis are available 24 hrs. Car hire starts at approx 150 euros a week for a small car.

Further details
The centre of Caleta has a number of excellent restaurants and evening entertainment can be found. Atlantico shopping centre is located at the Golf Resort entrance and hosts bars, restaurants, shops, supermarket and a 6-screen cinema along with a bowling alley. The harbour is located in the centre of Caleta where all types of sports activities can be found. If you do hire a car and travel around the island there are amazing beaches and villages to be found like El Cotillo, Jandia, Betancuria and many more. A list of recommendations is provided on restaurants, bars, beaches etc with bookings.
As a family with 2 young children we can recommend the property is child friendly.
If you just want to chill out and do nothing this house is perfect.
