Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week based on 4 people sharing. Please add £40.00 for each additional person per week up to a maximum of 6 people in total. Payment in EUROS will be accepted based at the exchange rate at time of booking. Discounts available to fill late availability and holiday lets of 3 weeks or more.

Changeover day usually Thursday, but some flexibility can be accommodated.

The lounge is beautifully furnished with blue leather corner unit, dining table with 6 chairs, matching sideboard and coffee table. Complete with Sky TV, Video, DVD and Hi Fi Unit. Slidung patio doors open on to sun terrace and pool area. |

The additional room can be used as either play area for children or as a 3rd bedroom. It incorporates a double sofa bed, wash basin and vanity unit. |
Cleaning/towels/

Bed linen and house cleaned weekly. Towels changed twice per week and swimming pool cleaned twice per week. (Please bring your own beach towels). |
Notes on accommodation
Welcome packs on arrival, accommodation is suitable for individuals, couples and families alike. Swimming pool area and terrace enclosed by walls. If required we can arrange competative car hire for the duration of your visit. A safe is provided for your personal use.

Accessibility
Wheelchair access to the whole of the villa and sun terrace. However there are no disabled toilet or shower facilities. Please contact for further details.
Outside
Private 7m x 4m pool. Heated to provide constant water temprature all year round. Sun loungers with covers, patio table, chairs, parasol and BBQ are provided for your enjoyment.
Coast/Beach
The villa is less than 5 minutes from the coastel path. There is a small beach approximately 10 minutes walk from the villa and several beaches less than 10 minutes drive away. Papagayo, the best beaches on the island (and some say the best in the whole of Spain) are approximately 15 minutes away. There are many coves and rock pools within a few minutes walk of the villa.
Travel
Arrecife airport is approximately 30 minutes drive away. Car hire is strongly recommended to explore the many attractions of this captivating island.
Distances
Playa Blanca centre with its many restaurants and bars is about a 5 minute journey by car. There is a lovely coastal walk (for the more energetic) taking approximatetly 40 minutes which will bring you in to Playa Blanca harbour.
Further details
El Golfo, the green lagoon and Los Hervidos are about 15 minutes drive away. Timanfaya National Park (Fire Mountain) is approximately 20 minutes drive away. Puerto Calero (reputed to be the nicest marina in the Canaries) is also approximatetly 20 minutes away. With its abundance of superb restaurants and bars this picturesque marina is the perfect place to enjoy a meal and while away the afternoon or evening.
