Changeover day
We can be flexible with most flight days. We endeavour to allow guests to arrive/depart to suit their flight times, however, if this is not possible we adhere to 10am departure, 4 pm arrival.

Notes on accommodation
Ceiling fans through out property, a suitable and safe place for children. If you would like to have a welcome food pack, there is an additional charge of 20 euros. There is an extra £50 charge for pool heating per week.

Villa Ellie is constructed on one level but it has not been adapted for wheelchair users.

Outside
Absolutely fabulous, individually designed, private heated pool on the golf course. 12m x 8m pool, the biggest on the Golfwith flume slide and childrens pool, BBQ and table and chairs to comfortably sit 6 persons. The terrace surrounding the pool create an idyllic setting for everyone to enjoy the year round sunshine. The view of the golf course, marina and seal line from the Villa are spectacular.

Coast/Beach
A 15 minute walk alongside the Golf Course takes you to some of the islands most beautiful beaches where sheltered bays have been created so families can enjoy the shallow, clear water. These manmade lagoon beaches have fine golden sand and are a safe place for children to swim.
Cosat Caleta beach takes approx 5 mins by car where you can surf, jet ski, water ski etc.

Golf
Situated on Fuerteventura Golf Course which hosted the 2004 Canary Open Championship. The course is basically flat with the exception of the 17th and 18th holes. The dominating breeze from the north and when it blows strongly, it converts the course into a challenge for a a players skill. The course excels for its simplicity and beauty. On the course are three large lakes with a stream that meanders between them, with water fountains, several bridges, palm trees, and footpaths, making this a picturesque and relaxing course to play. The 365 day course is comfortable to play, even in the middle of the day due to the constant cooling breeze.

Travel
The Airport Puerto del Rosario is located a 10 minute drive (10 euros in a taxi) from Villa Ellie. Fuerteventura is rapidly becoming the destination of choice for both families and couples alike and the islands accessibility has improved greatly with a number of low fare airlines now flying to the island. The approx flight time form the UK is 4 hours.

Distances
The Villa is located 10 minutes walk to the Atlantico Centre with its wide variety of shops, banks, bars, restaurants which include Eurospar, Bocatta, Mcdonalds, Burker King, a bilingual cinema, amusements, bowling alley. The shopping centre leads directly onto the beach and it is then a 5 minute walk into the resort of Caleta de Fuste.

Further details
Fuerteventura is world famous for its huge variety of water sports such as kite boarding, wind surfing, scuba diving, snorkelling and fishing. On the island you can also participate in camel rides, horse riding and buggy rides and marvel at the spectacular scenery and landscape. The island is also known for its 265km of golden sandy beaches and unspoilt tranquillity cannot be equalled by any other of the canary Islands. It is the longest and seconf largest of the islands but still remains sparsely populated without massive over development. To the south thre is La Lajita Oasis Zoo and Botanical Gardens and the endless beaches of Costa Calma and Jandia, to the north the world famous dunes of Corralejo along with the BaKu Water Park. Every Saturday morning there is an African market on the main street selling a variety of African souvenirs and many other items. A free coach service is available daily transferring between the Golf Club, Atlantico Centre and the town of Caleta de Fuste. This runs approx every hour right up to 10pm.

A £200 deposit within 5 days of confirmation and availability will secure your requested week. A security deposit of £200.00 is payable prior to travel and this will be refunded within 7 days of your return journey, by cheque. We do not take any responsibility for loss, injury or accident whether personal or otherwise suffered by you during your stay. We recomend that you purchase adequate insurance before visiting the island. We can not be responsible for any building work being carried out.
