Lounge has two, three seat cream leather sofas, coffee and side tables and TV cabinet with large widescreen TV (UK Sat). Archway leads to dining room (converted al fresco area). |

The dining room has a solid wood table, six chairs and can be opened up on those warm Lanzarote evenings for a BBQ from the top of the range BBQ on the patio. |

Towels and linen are provided and a mid week towel change is included. Please bring your own beach towels.. |
Notes on accommodation
The villa has a high domed ceiling keeping it cool in the heat of the day and warm in the evening. With an extended patio this villa is ideal and safe for young families. Free use of pedal cycles.

Landscaped Canarian gardens, garden lights, large BBQ, patio table, chairs & loungers, positioned on extensive patio area for best possible views.A private electrically heated swimming pool approx 8m x 4m alongside the luxury decking area with luxury hot tub.
Coast/Beach
The immediate coastline (a short walk from the villa) is rocky but suitable for romantic walks. The island has an array of superb beaches a short drive away including the famous Papagayo beach.
Golf
There is a 36 hole championship golf course planned for the immediate area but until that is finished you will need to drive to the island's main course (30 mins by car).
Travel
Arrecife Airport is 25-30 mins by car. The port of Playa Blanca is 3km away from where you can catch a daily ferryboat to Fuerteventura for a change of scenery.
Distances
Playa Blanca village is 3km away. There are local bars and restuarants at the Faro Park development should you wish to remain close.
Further details
The main supermarkets are a short drive away by the port / village. We will provide information and recommendations on shopping to save you money (if and when you book).
Booking notes
We will reserve the villa for a few days on a phone call or email. We then require a £100 per week non-refundable deposit within seven days to secure the booking with the balance being paid eight weeks before you travel.
