Los Cristianos is an attractive fishing port within 10 mins walk from Parque Santiago III. There is a ferry to the nearby exotic island of La Gomera. Parque Santiago III is situated on the sea front, on the golden corner of Playa De Las Américas, right beside the beach, and beside a public park with pleasant pedestrian pathways under palm trees. Within the complex itself you can find all the services needed to make your stay unforgettable: restaurants of all kinds, shops, heated swimming pools and spacious solariums. Parque Santiago III has a large shopping centre where almost everything can be found.

Villa No. 27 is a ground floor 2 storey building.
Outside
Front garden and BBQ area, patio area containing table and chairs overlooking the pool. The 2 large salt water swimming pools (one heated) cover an area of 1,800 sqme. Children are most welcome and there are well equipped indoor and outdoor play area including seperate child's swimming pool. There are also 6 pool tables close by.
Coast/Beach
Parque Santiago III is situated on the seafront, on the golden corner of Playa De Las Américas, right beside the beach, and beside a public park with pleasant pedestrian pathways under palm trees. Parque Santiago III is situated in one of the most recently developed areas of Playa de las Americas and one of the sunniest. The complex is located beside the promenade that leads to the nearby harbour of Los Cristianos. A very pleasant walk along the beach/sea front will take you there.
Golf
Golf Information Tenerife as a true golfing destination has been waiting in the wings for several years. Golf tourism in Tenerife is booming. Tenerife now has 6 golf courses open for play: Real Club De Golf Tenerife, Golf Del Sur, Amarilla Golf, Los Palos, Golf Las Americas and Costa Adeje.
Travel

To find the location of villa - imagine that you are crossing the foot bridge over the pool from right to left, once you cross the bridge you immediately turn left cross both bridges and Villa No. 27 is directly in front of your overlooking the pool and the San Barondon restaurant.
Booking notes
Booking deposit (50%) is payable by cheque within 7 days of reserving the villa. The balance due is payable by cheque 1 month prior to departure date. Keys of the villa, information leaflet and sunbed pass cards for 7 people will be sent at least 2 weeks before departure date.
Guest comments
We have just returned from what can only be described as a fantastic holiday experience we spent a week relaxing in Parque Santiago 3 in villa number 27. This little corner of paradise had all the comforts of home Although we where provided with cards for sun bed use around the main pool area we never used them preferring instead to stay in the surrounds of the villa which has it own garden. Knowing we would probably have been doing the same. Our five children spent the entire week in the new children's pool we never saw them and there ages range from 3-8 years.I have not met the owners of this wonderful property but having spoke to Marie on several occasions I feel I have known her a long time she has one of those lovely Irish accents & cannot do enough for you she really does put you at ease. I cannot recommend it highly enough. Oh and one last comment the photographs of the villa do not do it justice. Go and see for yourself you will not be disappointed Guaranteed - Mckenzie Family
