Notes on accommodation
Please note that although the property does not have air conditioning fans can be provided if required. The design of the villa incorporates open-sided staircases with marble steps therefore children in particular should be careful and the villa is inappropriate for those with walking difficulties.

Villas las Almenas is 1.5 kilometres from Maspalomas/Playa del Ingles beach.
Golf
Immediately adjacent to the well-known Maspalomas 18-hole golf course and also a short drive from the 18-hole Salobre golf course.
Travel
Nearest airport is Las Palmas de Gran Canaria and the driving time is approximately 30 minutes. Hire car is definitely recommended and there is a private car parking space within the site.
Distances
The sports centre with tennis courts is 100 metres away and the water park is 600 metres from the villa.
Further details
The commercial shopping centres Faro II and Duna Flor are all within easy reach of the villa.
