The villa is ideal for a family holiday and couples wanting the tranquility of a relaxing break with all attractions of Playa Blanca a short walk along the seafront (approx 30 mins) or 5 mins in the car.

All prices quoted are for 2 people (per week) for each additional person add £40. For long lets of 4 weeks or more there would be a discount of 25%.

Bedroom 1 with double bed and ensuite bathroom, large chest of drawers and double fitted wardrobes. There is also a safe in the wardrobe at no extra charge.
Bedroom 2 has two single beds (an additional single bed in this room when 5 people staying). |

Ensuite bathroom to bedroom 1, with bath/shower over, wc, bidet and washbasin.

Lounge has 2 x sofas with enough seating for 6. There is a TV with full satellite, video player, playstation 2. There is also a ceiling fan.

Cleaning/towels/

The property will be serviced the day of your arrival. All clean bed linen, bath mats and bath towels are supplied. We normally only provide one set of bed/bath linen per week - These will be changed for stays longer than 1 week |
Notes on accommodation
A welcome pack: - consisting, of tea, water, sugar, coffee, milk, biscuits, wine is included in the above prices. We are happy to provide additional food for your holiday, please let us have your list, and you can pay us for this on your arrival. There is a travel cot in the twin room. High chairs, additional cots and child seats are available for hire if necessary. The pool is cleaned twice a week.
Outside
There is a table with chairs that include a parasol and chair covers, there are also 4 sun loungers.
The pool is solar heated via a system on the roof of the villa.
Coast/Beach
The seafront is only 2 mins walk from the villa where you can walk into Playa Blanca and see the stunning views across to Fuerteventura. The nearest beach is only 5 mins walk or there is a larger beach 20 mins walk along the seafront.
Travel
The airport is approx 30 mins drive from the villa. The port is only 5 mins drive where you can take the ferry to Fuerteventura.

Playa Blanca town is approx 30 mins walk along the seafront or 5 mins drive.
Further details
The nearest supermarket is approx 10 mins walk. Or along the seafront, a 20 min walk will get you to 3 supermarkets and 3/4 restaurants and a beach. There a a number of banks and supermarkets and restaurants in Playa Blanca this is also only a 5 min drive.
