Two hairdryers are provided for guests use. All shutter doors have mosquito netting. |

Accessibility
There are a few steps up to the villa from the pool area. There is a wheelchair ramp available for wheelchair bound guests to help with access to and from the property.
Outside
There is a solar heated roman style entry swimming pool (steps into the pool rather than the steel hand rail steps) with a large patio with sunbeds for sunbathing. The upper terrace has garden furniture with seating for 6 people. There is a barbecue on this level. There is a garden just beyond the pool and around the side of the property.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beach from the villa is the Playa Flamingo Beach. This is approximately 10 minutes walk away, less than 5 minutes by car. At Playa Flamingo you will find a beautiful beach with sunbeds available to hire, various water sports, a promenade with shops, supermarkets and restaurants. This promenade goes all the way along to the Lighthouse to the right and to Las Coloradas (en-route to the Playa Papagayos) to the left.
Golf
There is a golf course located in Costa Teguise which is approximately 40 minutes drive from Playa Blanca.
Travel
The nearest airport is Arrecife. This is approximately
35km away from the villa (30/35 minutes drive).
Distances
The centre of Playa Blanca village is approximately a further 10 minutes walk from the beach at Playa Flamingo.
Femes (up in the hills) is approximately 10 minutes drive away. Here it is possible to see a breathtaking view of Playa Blanca.
Yaiza is also a 10 minute drive away. It is possible to see the Timanfaya National Park on your left as you drive and this Park is a must for any first time visitor to Lanzarote.
Further details
There are several good hotels within easy walking distance of the Villa - The Natura Palace and the Timanfaya Palace. You are welcome to use the facilities at each of these hotels. If in doubt just check with the Reception staff.
The nearest good sized supermarkets to the Villa are located at Playa Flamingo (approximately 10 minutes walk away). A mini-market at the Rui complex is only 5 minutes walk away.
The village of Playa Blanca, and the surrounding resort has many good quality restaurants at very reasonable prices.
The Marina Rubicon is a beautiful marina with several good restaurants, shops and bars.
Booking notes
Bookings are subject to a security deposit of £150 which is refunded after the holiday period. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival date.
