Changeover day
Changeover day - Thursday. Booked from 2pm on day of arrival until 10am on the day of departure. This allows time for cleaning and preparation for future guests.

The master bedroom has it's own balcony looking over the pool area and panoramic views of the island. The 3 remaining bedrooms can occupy up to 2 persons with the facility of a cot if required. |

The kitchen is fitted with brand new appliances throughout and furnished to the highest possible standard, with dining facilities to eat inside or outside. |

Villa Rhodes has a large fully furnished living room with Satellite TV, DVD and CD Player, video and DVD's. |

The gardens surrounding the villa are maintained weekly. |

Accessibility
The door and corridor widths inside the property are wide enough for a wheelchair to manoeuvre without difficulty, there are 3 steps leading down towards the pool area.
Outside
The large private pool area can be accessed through the kitchen or from the front pathways. With facilities to lounge around the pool on surrounding patios, or if you prefer, to shade under the pergola. The pool is solar heated, although in cooler months the water heater may also be used. The Pool measures 10m x 4m and is cleaned on a weekly basis.
Coast/Beach
There is only a short distance from the villa to the beach. A 5 minute drive away will lead you to one of the closest sandy beaches in Puerto Del Carmen.
Golf
Tias has it's own Golf course under construction at this present moment and should be finished shortly. However, there is another golf course situated 20 minutes away.
Travel
The villa is also conveniently located within a 5 minute drive away from Arrecife Airport. Car hire is recommended.
Distances
Villa Rhodes is situated 2 minutes away from Tias main centre. Car hire is recommended whilst staying in Tias although there is a bus service and taxi depot nearby. Should you wish to travel to the busier, more commercial area of the island, Puerto De Carmen is only a short 5 minute drive away.

Tias centre offers many wonderful restaurants, shops and supermarkets without having to travel to the busier, more commercial area of the island, Puerto de Carmen. Tias offers wonderful panoramic views, bars and cafe's, a bakery, health foodshops, central island location, a tourist free zone and easy airport access without airport noise.
