The villa is unique in that it has superb privacy provided by attactive wall pounted wooden lattice-work. Located on the La Goleta Faro Park development five minutes drive from Playa Blanca, this is a peaceful residential area, ideal for a relaxing holiday in the sun.

Outside
Outside you will find the alfresco dining area situated conveniently next to the kitchen, featuring an indian rosewood table, benches with comfortable cushions and a barbeque for your use. Great for eating outside in the warm evenings! The terrace has sun loungers with comfortable cushions and the surrounding garden is planted with native palms, yuccas and bouganvillea.
Coast/Beach
There are several fabulous beaches in the Playa Blanca area. Close by is Playa Flamingo which also has a find white sandy beach of approx 200m with calm waters, and offers a good range of services. Payagayo is a series of wild beaches with fine white sand at the edge of a volcanic landscape, away from Playa Blanca town where the quiet adds to the atmosphere. These beaches are considered the best in Lanzarote and there is a €3 entry fee.
Golf
The nearest golf course is approx 30mins drive away.
Travel
Arrecife is the international airport. Flights from the UK usually depart from most UK airports on Mondays and Thursdays, although it is possible to get Saturday flights from BA. From Arrecife airport, its is approximately a 25 minute drive to the villa.
Distances
Lanzarote is a small island so nothing is very far away. Playa Blanca town is approx 5mins by car/taxi.

Located within 3km of villa, Playa Blanca was originally a small fishing village but is fast becoming one of the island's finest tourist areas. Almost always basking in warm sunshine and with the sea a constant calm, clear blue, Playa Blanca is a holidaymaker's paradise. There are superb views of the mountains and the islands of Lobos and Fuerteventura across the water. If it's lazy days in the sun you are looking for, this is the ideal place. Playa Blanca has excellent amenities such as the shops, banks, care hire, bars and restaurants.
Booking notes
Upon provisional booking, we will confirm availability and reserve the booking dates for five days (giving you time to book your flights/car hire). A 25% deposit is then payable to confirm the booking. You can pay by cheque or bank transfer. The full balance outstanding together with a £100 refundable bond is due twelve weeks before the start of your holiday. If your holiday is less then twelve weeks away we will require full payment when you confirm your booking.
