The ground floor comprises of a bright living room with french doors leading out to the pool, large dining kitchen, bathroom and three spacious twin rooms. The first floor has a beautiful master bedroom with en-suite and large sun terrace with the most fantastic 120 degree views of the Atlantic ocean.

This was the first family holiday for a long time . When we arrived we knew we had found a little bit of heaven, this was the perfect family holiday home for us . Spotless clean , very spacious near to all amenities and especially for us safe and secure as our youngest child has autism and has no seance of danger. The swimming pool was great and the pool table an added bonus . All in all we had a great holiday and have recommended this house to all my friends and would return in a heart beat . Thank you for such a relaxing holiday.

Why this location?
I have always dreamed of owning my own house abroad and i have finally realised this dream. I visited Lanzarote and instantly fell in love with the beauty of it. Matagorda is possibly one of the easiest places to live i have ever seen, everyone is very friendly and i have nothing but nice experiences there. My children are very safe there.
What are the unique benefits of the property?
The property is within easy walking distance of everything you need for your holiday. My children can go to the shops and beach on their own. They can also cycle on their own with no danger of traffic.
