A huge success with visitors, this luxury penthouse occupies prime position at Victoria Court 1. It faces south over the pool to the sea and enjoys all day sun and spectacular sunsets. It has three double bedrooms and two bathrooms and is fully equipped. The penthouse is family owned and maintained to the highest standard. The penthouse is situated in a quiet part of Los Cristianos only 500m from the seafront and 10 minutes walk from the town centre and golden sandy beaches. Victoria Court 1 is a very popular and well-run complex which has 2 heated swimming pools, a poolside bar and is perfect for quiet family holidays. There are plenty of restaurants and bars in the immediate vicinity, all reasonably priced. Car hire is not necessary.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the apartment per week in UK Pounds. Children under 2 come free but travel cot hire is £15 per week and a highchair also costs £15 per week. A non-refundable deposit of £150 per week booked is payable at the time of booking with the balance due 10 weeks before the holiday.

Changeover day
Changeover day is Friday but other days may be possible during off peak times. Access to the penthouse on arrival day is 4pm at the latest. On departure day you are asked to vacate the penthouse by 10am please.

Accommodation
Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 is the master bedroom with double bed, built in wardrobes and en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom 2 has twin beds, built-in wardrobes and a private baclony.
Bedroom 3 has twin beds and a terrace with sea view.
Bathrooms: Bathroom 1 is en-suite to the master bedroom. It is brand new, beautiful,spacious with all amenities and a walk-in shower.
Bathroom 2 is a pretty room with all amenities, a shower cubicle and a washing machine.
Kitchen: The kitchen is recently decorated and has 1 large food fridge-freezer and a separate medium sized drinks fridge. It is fully equipped and has a 4 ring electric hob, a grill and oven, a microwave, toaster, kettle, a clothes dryer.
Utility Room: The washing machine is in bathroom 2.There is an iron, ironing board, clothes dryer, mops, buckets, brooms etc in the cupboards.
Living Rooms: The living room is bright, spacious and modern with 2 matching sofas, a dining table and chairs, a coffee table, a TV with the 4 major UK channels, video and DVD players and a selection of videos and DVDs to play and of books to read.
Other: The terrace is the most beautiful room in the penthouse with views out over the pool to the sea, the harbour and La Gomera. There is a dining table with chairs and a parasol and sun beds. It is a beautiful place to sit daytime or evening.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
The penthouse will be spotlessly clean on your arrival. Linen and bath and hand towels are provided and changed weekly. Please bring your own beach towels.

Notes on accommodation
The penthouse is perfect for a family holiday.It is an extremely comfortable holiday home, centrally located for travelling around or for just enjoying the complex, the town and the lovely local beaches. It meets the needs of all ages and is within walking distance of restaurants, bars and shops and everything you need to make your holiday relaxing, enjoyable and affordable.

Outside
The complex has two heated swimming pools,one large and one for children. There is usually a lifeguard during the school holidays. There is a garden setting of trees and shrubs. You can sunbathe on your private terrace or hire sunbeds by the pool. There is a poolside bar.

Coast/Beach
The penthouse is only 500 metres from the seafront and 10 minutes walk to the famous golden sandy beaches of Los Cristianos. Swimming here is very safe and there are life guards.

Golf
The area is very popular for winter golf. There are 5 beautiful golf courses close by, the nearest being only 1 mile away. Winter weather of 20-25 degrees is perfect for golf and you can view the courses and book up in advance over the internet.

Travel
Tenerife Sur Airport is 8 miles away. Los Cristianos port is 1 mile away.

Distances
The apartment is in the lovely fishing town of Los Cristianos and within a short drive or bus/coach journey of the many beautiful sites of interest around the island.

Further details
Everything you need is within walking distance. A car is not necessary.

Booking notes
A non-refundable deposit of £150 per week booked is payable at the time of booking and the balance is due two and a half months before the start of the holiday. Children under 2 come free but there is a charge of £15 per week for a travel cot and £15 per week for a high-chair. The maximum number of occupants we accept in the penthouse is a total of 6 adults/children plus one infant.
