Just a 20 minute taxi ride from the airport these 2nd (top) floor apartments, with stunning sea views are on a quiet well maintained complex with four pools. Several restaurants and shops are close by with the centre of Costa Teguise a 10 minute stroll away. The island's golf course and waterpark are also only 5 minutes by taxi. The apartments are quietly positioned, away from the main road, overlooking the private access road to the beach; great for people watching whilst having a glass of wine on the balcony. Both apartments are well stocked and comfortably furnished.

Notes on accommodation
Maid Service: Linen and towels are changed weekly, additional mid week towel change and spruce can be arranged. Beach towels are not provided.
Management: The apartments are managed locally should you require assistance during your stay.
Miscellaneous: Fans, Fan heater, iron, ironing board, games and books are available within the apartment.
Accessibility
There are 4 short flights of stairs with landings to the apartments.
Outside
The Balcony: Table, chairs, parasol and two reclining sun chairs. It is complimented with stunning sea views and sun until sunset.
The Complex: Mature gardens with four pools, two are acclimatised during winter, free sunbeds are provided. Washing machines and dryers available on the complex for your use.
There is also a taxi rank at the entrance to the complex.
Coast/Beach
The Playa Bastian beach is at the end of the private access road and from here you can walk along a pedestrian walkway into Costa Teguise. On the way you will pass another local beach 'Playa Del Jablillo'(The Lagoon) great for snorkelling and diving. The famous windsurfing beach of ‘La Cucharas’ is in Costa Teguise itself.
Golf
Currently the islands only golf course (18 hole) is only 5 minutes by taxi from the complex.
Travel
Arrecife airport is only a 20 minute journey by car. Many car hire outlets are available at the airport and in the vicinity of the Playa Bastian complex.
Distances
The capital of the island, Arrecife and the largest resort of Puerto Del Carmen can be visited very easily using the local bus. Island sightseeing tours are also available from car hire outlets local to the complex. There is a bank at the entrance to the complex.

Departure request - we ask guests to leave the apartment as they would wish to find it. To help to ensure this happens we require a security deposit of £30 with your final payment. See booking notes. Any problems during your stay should be referred to the complex management.
Please note - no smoking within the apartment.
Booking notes
A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking. The balance plus a £30 security deposit is due 8 weeks before your departure. The security deposit will be returned within 14 days following your holiday.
Cancellation fees - deposit is non refundable. Up to two weeks before departure 50% of balance is refunded. No refund of balance for two weeks or less.
