The villa is a short distance from the small holiday resort of Caleta de Fuste, and the Atlantico Commercial Centre is also within walking distance to the villa.The 5 Star Elba Palace Golf Hotel and Golf Club, is also near the villa and it offers a wide variety of services. The villa is furnished and equipped to accommodate up to 6 persons. The villa is beautifully appointed throughout, with top quality furnishings used. An outside staircase leads to a large fully tiled sun terrace on the first floor, offering a breathtaking 360° view taking in the golf course, the local mountains, and the Atlantic Ocean. A supplement of £ 50 per extra person, per week is charged for additional persons. Next Step, If you would like to proceed with the booking please follow the steps outlined below, 1. A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to confirm the booking. 4. The balance is required 6 weeks prior to departure. 5. A damages deposit of £ 250 Pounds or € 300 Euro in cash is required on arrival, and will be returned after inspection on departure.
Baby accessories: • Baby chairs and cots are free of charge. • Children less than 2 years old are not charged - Free. Welcome Pack: A welcome pack is provided FREE of charge on arrival. It consists of the following, Water, Milk, Tea, Coffee, Sugar, Wash up liquid, etc. Pool Heating: If you require the pool to be heated by the electric pool heater, an additional charge of £75 Pounds per week will be required.
Changeover Days: we are flexible with changeover days. Please contact us for availability and we will be happy to assist you. We endeavor to allow guests to arrive/depart to suit their flight times; however, if this is not possible we adhere to 3pm arrival and 10am departure. Cleaning: the villa is cleaned prior to arrival and linen/bath towels provided. We recommend guests provide their own beach towels. If you are staying for more than 10 nights the linen and towels will be replenished. Travel Insurance: Please take out your own travel and holiday insurance as we cannot take responsability for any loss, injury, or accidents that may happen at the villa.

Notes on accommodation
The villa boasts a beautiful large, heated swimming pool (8m x 4m x 1.5m) with Roman entrance steps and a children’s pool along-side the main pool. A spectacular waterfall cascades from the children`s pool into the main pool offering a tranquil sound of water flowing throughout the day. The pool is situated on a south facing plot so it is bathed in the sun from early morning to late evening. The sun terrace area is covered with tropical bamboo and this offers shade for that wonderful alfresco dining experience. There is a custom built BBQ that is ideal for cooking Canarian cuisine. All the patio furniture is very good quality and its beautiful design adds character to the villa. There is a large table on the sun terrace which can seat 6 people comfortably, with 6 carver chairs.

Caleta de Fuste is located is in the middle of the East coast. This central location offers the ideal base for exploring the Island. Caleta is built around a horseshoe shaped bay, and the golden sandy beach is ideal for family holidays. Caleta is rich in character, and offers a wide variety of entertainment. Caleta is a great location for families, and is full of character. There are lots of entertaining and fun things to do with the family. There is a wide range of leisure and cultural activities on the islands and many protected natural landscapes that can be visited.
