Spacious, new and modern self catering penthouse apartments in the quaint coastal fishing village of El Cotilllo, Fuerteventura. Part of a small development of only 36 apartments, situated right on the beach with its own gardens and breathtaking views of the lagoon beaches and the Atlantic Ocean. This complex has a large (250sqm approx) swimming pool (not heated) for use by residents only, and is ideal for children as it is not too deep. There is an integral jacuzzi, showers and adjacent toilets. For very young children there is a separate shallow pool. Surrounding the pool is a large sunbathing area with supplied sun loungers and attractive gardens with a gate leading directly onto the beach.

Please take note of detailed pricing structure. Use of 2 bedrooms: Sleeping 1/2 adults - 770€ per week. Plus 2 children under 16 stay for free. Sleeping 3*/4 adults - 875€ per week. *Plus 1 child under 16 stays for free. Use of 3 bedrooms: Sleeping 1/4 adults - 980€ per week. Plus 2 children under 16 stay for free. Sleeping 5*/6 adults - 1120€ per week. *Plus 1 child under 16 stays for free. A 7th person under 16 can be accommodated at an additional cost of 70€ per week.
Payment in Euros preferred. A non refundable deposit of approximately 30% per week is required to secure a reservation. A surcharge of 30€ will be applied for Sunday arrivals and for arrivals on 25/26/31 Dec & 1 Jan. Refundable security / breakages deposit to be paid on arrival (200euros or GBP), refunded immediately on departure, subject to inspection of the apartment. Faro Vista 18 is a fabulous 2 bedroomed apartment in this quiet complex of only 36 apartments. It is perfect for small family groups or couples and groups of friends. It is ideally situated on the beach at the edge of the small fishing village of El Cotillo, where you will find numerous restaurants, many overlooking the sea and harbours, and serving locally caught fresh fish. The property is on 2 levels (2nd & 3rd floors). The 1st level has all the living areas - a large open plan fully equipped kitchen, dining and lounge area, master bedroom with en suite bathroom - both with sea views - and one twin bedroom with a separate family bathroom opposite. Upstairs, the huge corner end of building roof terrace has spectacular 180º views to the ocean, the North shore and beyond to the neighbouring island of Lanzarote. It has a pergola with covered roof and windbreak on the side which makes a perfect sheltered area for outdoor dining. There are also 4 sunloungers. The Master bedroom is very spacious, has a double bed and private en suite bathroom, both with sea views, and a separate wardrobe area. The second bedroom has twin beds. Both rooms have ample storage space. Both bedrooms are large enough to accommodate a cot or additional fold down children´s bed.

1 Large Double Bed Both bathrooms are fully tiled have a walk in shower cubicle with sliding glass doors. The master en suite bathroom has the added bonus of sea views. Skylights in the ceiling of the second bathroom provide good natural light.

Location Information: El Cotillo is located on the north west coast of Fuerteventura. While it has expanded in the last few years, it is still a working fishing village and has maintained its local Canarian character and is an ideal location for a truly relaxing holiday. El Cotillo is famous for its stunning white sand beaches and protected clear blue lagoons where it is safe to swim all year round. For the more adventurous the surf beach to the south of the village is more exposed to the Atlantic ocean waters and here you can find many water sport activities such as wind and kite surfing and body boarding. The area surrounding the village of El Cotillo is of great natural beauty and much of it protected. Here you can enjoy a variety of activities such as cycling, walking, birdwatching. The village itself has all the amenities you will need supermarket, banks, internet, cafés, bars and restaurants serving locally caught fresh fish. Corralejo is only 20 mins by car or 40mins by regular local bus service.
