Close by is the popular but unspoilt tourist centre of Caleta de Fuste and here you will find a wide range of bars, restaurants and entertainment. Prices shown are for the property per week in UK Pounds. Summer school holidays are £890 per week. There is a £200 refundable breakage deposit. For numbers above 6 persons a supplementary charge of £70 per person per week will apply ie. an extra charge of £140 is added if 8 guests are staying at the villa.

I live in Ireland with my husband. We are both retired and our 3 children are grown up and have flown the coop. We have spent many happy holidays in our villa in Fuerteventura with both our 3 boys and with friends.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
We love Fuerteventura with its beautiful wild scenery and wonderful beaches. Both the golf complex and adjacent town of Caleta de Fuste boast a great range of bars and restaurants and the airport is a mere 15 minutes drive away.
Unique benefits of the property
We love the privacy afforded by our own pool and garden yet the villa is only a short walk from the beautiful sandy beach. The complex golg course, which has very competative rates is a 5 minutes walk away. We have taken great care to furnish the villa to the highest standard and therefore have a large number of repeat bookings.
