Vista Montana is a detached, 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom luxury villa with its own private swimming pool. Built in 2005, it is conveniently located in the centre of Fuerteventura, the second largest of the Canary Islands. It is on the edge of a quiet, traditional village which sits in a natural plain surrounded by fields with far-reaching views of hills and mountains, including a dormant volcano! It is ideal for a quiet, get-away-from-it-all holiday. In spite of its tranquil location it is less than quarter of an hour from the busy resort of Caleta de Fuste, the beach, a world-class golf course and the airport. The accommodation is finished to a very high standard and the floors are fully tiled throughout. The furniture has been professionally coordinated to give a very homely feel and includes traditional wood, leather and metal finishes.

Notes on prices
Our rates for 2012 are the same as 2011, and they include up to six people!
Rates are quoted weekly, Saturday to Saturday but we cater for any holiday duration, arriving and departing on any day of the week. Free cots and high chairs are available if needed, just tell us what you need when you book. Discounts for longer breaks (3 weeks+) or returning clients. Pool heating is available October to April at an extra cost of £50 per week. Internet access is also available at a nominal cost.

Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible. Arrival after 4pm and departure by 10.30am. These times can be flexible, depending upon flight times of arriving and departing guests.

Bedrooms: Master bedroom with king size bed, cathedral style wooden roof and door to sun terrace.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 have twin beds and ceiling fans.
All have 2 bedside cabinets, large wardrobe, chest of drawers and mirror. Hairdryer in every bedroom. Safe.
Bathrooms: Bathroom 1 en-suite to master bed, fully tiled with bath/shower over, WC, sink, large mirror.
Bathroom 2 en-suite to bed 2, fully tiled with bath/shower over, WC, sink, large mirror.
Bathroom 3, fully tiled with shower, WC, sink and large mirror.
Kitchen: Wooden units. Granite worktops with built-in cooker, hob, extractor, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. Iron and ironing board. Kettle, toaster, cutlery, glasses etc. Large dining area with wooden table and 6 chairs.
Living Rooms: Two leather sofas plus tub chair, wooden coffee tables, TV unit with satellite TV and DVD, music player (including a selection of DVDs and CDs), display cabinet with books, games, cards, etc. Access to swimming pool area via wooden double sliding doors.

The villa is cleaned weekly. Linen and towels are included and are changed weekly. Beach towels are not provided.

Notes on accommodation
Please note that we do not allow smoking inside Vista Montana. The swimming pool has Roman steps, ideal for young or elderly visitors. The master bedroom is upstairs so this room may not be suitable for the young or elderly. The villa has a safe.

Outside
The large 1000sqm. plot includes off-street parking for at least 2 cars, a path all around the villa, a barbeque, a large, private 8x4m swimming pool (with shower, Roman steps and cover) and an extensively tiled sunbathing area. Here there are 6 sunloungers with side tables as well as matching dining table, parasol and 6 chairs for those alfresco meals. The master bedroom, with its cathedral-style wooden roof leads to a massive 100sqm sun terrace solarium, with a large table, parasol and 6 chairs, ideal for watching the sun go down over the mountains!

Coast/Beach
Less than 15 mins drive to Caleta de Fuste beach. The horse shoe shaped beach of Caleta de Fuste is an ideal location for families with its easygoing, relaxed atmosphere and gently shelving beach. There's plenty on offer here too, such as diving, sailing, boat (and submarine) trips.

Golf
The golf course at Caleta de Fuste, where the 2004 Spanish Open was played, is a 15 min drive away. Another has been built next to it, and at least 3 others are planned for the Island.

Travel
Under 5 mins drive within the village are 4 bar / restaurants, horse riding. Antigua (restaurants, shops, windmill museum) is less than 10 minutes drive away. Within 15 mins drive Caleta de Fuste shopping mall, cinema, 10-pin bowling.

Distances
Villa Vista Montana is under 15 mins drive from Fuerteventura airport. Less than 15 mins drive to the Capital (Puerto del Rosario). A car is considered essential for a holiday at Vista Montana.

Further details
Vista Montana is located in the tranquil village of Triquivijate (pronounced 'Tricky-vee-arty'). Triquivijate is right in the centre of Fuerteventura about 3km from Antigua. Being in the centre of the island makes it an ideal location for discovering all that the island of Fuerteventura has to offer.

Booking notes
Please contact either John or Debbie to make a reservation. We will 'hold' the property for you free of charge for 2 days while you make flight enquiries. We request a 25% deposit upon booking and the remaining 75% is payable 8 weeks before departure. We also require a breakages deposit of 50 Euro (payable locally) which will be refunded following satisfactory inspection. A free welcome pack of essentials is provided.
