Casa de Suenos is situated on the exclusive development of Las Coloradas.The villa has been furnished to a high standard and has been extended to provide more spacious living accommodation. The villa is in a south facing elevated position with a totally private walled garden which has been attractively landscaped. The pool and large terrace enjoy the sun all day and evening and also has wonderful mountain views. Playa Blanca which is a few minutes away, was originally a fishing village and has plenty of bars, shops and restaurants, many of which overlook the sea. From the port, you can look over to the island of Fuertaventura or catch a ferry ride which takes between 20 and 40 minutes. Las Coloradas is a peaceful and relaxing environment.

The villa will have been cleaned to a high standard before your arrival and at weekly intervals during your stay. Towels and linen are also provided and changed weekly. Please bring your own beach towels. |

Outside
Private solar heated pool 7.5m x 3.5m with underwater lighting, Roman end walk down steps and a roll back cover. Large patio area with table and 4 chairs, outside shower, 4 reclining sunloungers with new quality cushions. Pool lifebelt and pool games.
Coast/Beach
The beaches at Playa Blanca are a few minutes drive or the superb Papagayo beaches are approx 10 minutes walk.
Travel
Arrecife airport is approximately half an hour away.
Car hire is recommended. Further information is available on request. Airport transfers available on request.
Distances
Las Coloaradas offers restaurants, sports bar, and a gift shop. Playa Blanca with its many shops, bars and resturants is a five minute drive away. The newly built Rubicon Marina is approx one mile away. This has many lovely restaurants, bowling alley, shops and a twice weekly market.

We offer a meet and greet service for our guests. Our representative will show you to the villa and provide local information. There is also a guest file in the villa with information on day trips, restaurants and places of interest.
