This home is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday being fully equipped with all you could possible need to make your holiday complete. There are 3 bedrooms all comfortably furnished accommodating 6 adults in total . The lounge has 2 sofa's and can seat 6.There is a large family bathroom and one downstairs shower room. The spacious living area has a set of patio doors leading out to the alfresco dining area and spa and is equipped with satellite television, British TV system , DVD, Wii console and music system.There is also office facility's including free Wi-Fi and printing/fax machine. Outside there is a private sunbathing area, spa, dining area, lounge area and barbecue and is fully secluded. 2 minutes walk will bring you to the large communal pool and smaller children's pool.

Prices are for the property per week in British Pounds. Rates quoted are for 1 to 4 persons sharing. A supplement of £ 25 per extra person, per week is charged for additional persons. You are advised to take out your own holiday insurance as we “the owners” of the villa take no responsibility for any loss, injury or accidents that may happen when staying at the villa.

Notes on accommodation
Cots and high chairs are available to hire. Smokers are requested not to smoke inside the villa. The property is safe and secure for your children with private gardens and locked entrance gates. The private communal pools are only 2 min walk.
The Villa has the facility for air-conditioning/Heating and it can be provided for an extra charge.
We also have a Spa/Jacuzzi which can be heated for an extra charge.
Accessibility
There is parking directly outside the Villa. Three steps from the road to the Villa entrance. The ground floor bedroom has direct access to the walk in shower room / WC .
Outside
Our Villa offers a large sun terrace in front of the dining area,where we have sun beds available and for an extra charge there is a Spa which can be heated if needed. A sun terrace is also located on the first floor adjacent to the 2nd bedroom which is very secluded and captures the sun in late afternoon.On the ground floor outside on the patio we have a large dining table with 6 Chairs and a typical Canarian charcoal BBQ on the which complements the dining area and makes it ideal for your Canarian cuisine and relaxing evenings.The water fountain gives the garden a peaceful and calm atmosphere.
The private communal pool is two minutes walk away and is surrounded by sub tropical gardens and there are showers, wc and changing facilities with sun beds in this area. The pool area is for sole use for the villas within the community and a private key is provided for your access.
Coast/Beach
The beaches at Caleta de Fuste are simply marvellous. The nearest beach is approximately 15 minutes walk and there you will find 2 manmade lagoon beaches, with fine golden sand which are safe for swimming. You will also find a stylish restaurant and bar that is located off the coast between the beaches, reached via a bridge/walkway 15 mins stroll from the villa.
There are many picturesque beaches north and south of Caleta de Fuste which can be accessed by car between 15 to 50 minutes.
Golf
Home to the Spanish Open in April 2004, a great many complimentary remarks were made about the course and the playing conditions that it has to offer. The course is a par 71 extending 6078 meters, with a mild descent from the Clubhouse Hotel towards the sea. The course is basically flat with the exception of the 17th and 18th holes. The 17th a par 5 gently climbs to a well-protected green and the 18th, a par 4, is a downhill dogleg that returns to the clubhouse. The dominating breeze comes from the north, and when it blows strongly, it converts the course into a real challenge for a player's skill. The course excels for its simplicity and beauty. On the course you will find three large lakes with a stream that meanders between them, with water fountains, several bridges, palm trees, and footpaths, making this a picturesque and relaxing course to play on. The 365 day a year course is comfortable to play, even in the middle of the day due to the constant cooling breeze.
Travel
Fuerteventura Airport is approximately 8 km from the Villa. You can arrange a taxi from the Airport for 12 to 15 Euro. As a result car hire is not essential. However we would recommend hiring a car for part, if not all of your stay to fully appreciate the beauty of the island.
A free courtesy transport is also available from the 5 star Elba Palace Hotel.
Caleta de Fuste is located in the centre of the island which provides easy access to the North & South of the island.
Distances
The Atlantico Shopping Centre is 15 min walk from the Villa. The beach at the front of the Atlantico Centre is 15 min walk. Main town of Caleta De Fuste is a 20 minute walk away. Caleta de Fuste beach and port/marina is 2 kms with lots of great restaurants, bars and water sports. Airport 8kms. 15 minutes by car to Puerto Del Rosario, Fuerteventura’s capital. It take`s about 1 hour to drive to Morro Jable in the south which offers magnificent views and beaches on the southern tip.
Further details
Fuerteventura is the longest, and the second largest of the Canary Islands. Despite its size it still remains sparsely populated, and has not undergone mass tourism development. The 265km of coastline offers beautiful fine sandy beaches that transform Fuerteventura into a paradise island. There is a wide range of leisure and cultural activities on the islands and many protected natural landscapes that can be visited.
The golf resort is located in the middle of the east coast, close to Caleta de Fuste. This central location offers the ideal base for exploring the island. Caleta de Fuste is built around a horseshoe shaped bay, and the golden sandy beach is ideal for family holidays. Caleta de Fuste is rich in character, and offers a wide variety of entertainment, and fun areas for small children. On Saturday mornings there is a Market offering a wide variety of souvenirs which are rich in African culture. There are a wide variety of excursions available at Caleta d Fuste, including trips to the endless beaches in the South, the sand dunes in the North, La Lajita Zoo and Botanical Garden, camel rides, water park, and boat fishing trips, to mention but a few. At the entrance to the golf course resort {10 min. walk from the villa} you will find the new Atlantico Commercial Centre, which offers a variety of restaurants, bars, cafes, a large supermarket, a cinema, a bowling alley, and charming up market shops. You will also find a large 'Spar' supermarket which will cater for all your food requirements. There are restaurants and bars overlooking the promenade and sea, with a pizza restaurant and a burger bar for snacks. There is a small games/entertainment area for the children and a ¾ length bowling alley (with a bar) for the whole family. There is a multiplex cinema too but as yet all films are shown in Spanish only. There are 2 internet terminals in the entertainment area for your convenience.
Booking notes
A 30% non-refundable booking deposit is payable within 5 working days to secure your booking and the balance is to be paid no later than 6 weeks prior to departure. Children less than 2 years are not charged - free. A damages deposit of £150.00 is due on booking and is returned in full within 1 week after departure providing no damaged has occurred.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
We were overcome with the peace and tranquillity of the surroundings but also the fact there is also plenty to do here.
We have been made very welcome wherever we travel and have found the hospitality of the locals and business's alike to be fantastic.
The fact that you can be "at home" 15 minutes from the airport is marvellous.
You can choose to either stay at home and relax in the spa or a 15 minute walk will take you to the beach and shops.
Its the perfect place for us to unwind after the stresses of work in the UK.
Unique benefits of the property
We hope you can see that we have decorated and furnished the house as our home.
We feel that we would like people to have everything they would expect to find in their own home but with the added advantage of the sunshine.
We added the air-conditioning because we felt that it was really necessary in the hottest months of the year but also it provides heat on those little bit chilly December nights.
The Spa was also added as we felt that , its nice to have you own little bit of water in the garden. Its just perfect in the hot summer nights to sit in the cool water with a glass of whatever takes your fancy.
Because we both need to keep in touch with our office while we are away , we have installed the free Wi-Fi and office facility's for those with the same demands on their time as us.
