Club Atlantis sits prominently above Puerto Colon Marina and the pretty Geranium Walkway, and is one of the best if not the best aparthotel in Tenerife, being part of the respected Hovima Hotel chain. Club Atlantis has an elite following, most enquiries and bookings I receive come from people who have been returning there every year (some for 20 years!). Our top floor apartment is in the main aparthotel building and commands one of the best positions on this immaculately kept complex, being one of only a select few on Club Atlantis which face directly onto the sea, perfectly positioned for all day sun and the 180 degree views are simply breathtaking. It also overlooks the beautiful pool/garden area. From its top floor position the view from the bedroom of the distant mountains including Teide is equally spectacular and one cannot fail to be truly impressed by this very special apartment. At sundown relax on the balcony with a glass of wine and watch the incredible sun set.

Changeover day
Preferably Friday, but may be flexible depending on length of stay, and time of year. We prefer The apartment will be available from 4pm on arrival. Please vacate by 10am on departure day as we need this time to prepare the apartment for the next guests.

| Bedrooms: | Bedroom with twin beds which are made up as one bed making a superking size. Beds can be made up separately upon request. Large dressing table with chair, having large mirror with light over, handy electric point and a hairdryer is located in the drawer. |

| Kitchen: | Beautiful newly fitted/tiled Kitchen with ceramic Hob, built-in microwave, fridge, toaster and kettle. |

| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
The apartment will be cleaned prior to your arrival and clean bedlinen and towels are provided. For stays of 10 days or more there will be a change of linen half-way through your stay. However, we do not provide a cleaning service during your stay. |

Notes on accommodation
We regret we do not allow smoking inside the apartment.
Accessibility
The apartment does not have adequate wheelchair access. However, Club Atlantis is served by many lifts which serve all floors and areas, and there are also ramps, making it an ideal base for those who have difficulty with steps or limited mobility.
Outside
The balcony has a dining table and chairs, plus a large adjustable-back sun lounger. There is a wind-out sun canopy to provide shade.

1 minute walk to La Pinta beach.

There are golf courses nearby.

There are plenty of shops, restaurants, bars, banks and supermakets nearby.
Booking notes
£50 deposit is required with the booking.
Balance is to be paid 8 weeks prior to departure.
In addition I require a £100 breakages/damages deposit (payable when paying the balance), which is refunded within 2 weeks of satisfactory vacation of the apartment.

About the owner
Although not sun-worshippers, my husband and I love being out and about in the sunshine. Going on holiday used to be a problem to us as we greatly value our home comforts which are rarely replicated on package holidays. The perfect solution for us was to own our own property which could be furnished and equipped to our own tastes and standards, where we could be equally at home having a night in watching the soaps, drinks on the balcony as the sun sets, or go out for dinner followed by some entertainment at a nearby bar.
By the time the holiday time comes around I have usually had several communications with the holiday maker and usually strike up a raport with them. It gives me no greater pleasure than receiving a letter upon their return saying how much they enjoyed their stay.
