The stunning Villa Charlotte is a luxury detached and family friendly villa situated in a well established and exclusive area of Playa Blanca. This elevated, beautiful and tranquil setting has wonderful sea views to Fuerteventura and Los Lobos. Within this large 1154 square metre plot is probably one of the island's largest and uniquely designed private swimming pools. In the 100sq metre pool there is a child's paddling area, Roman steps and it is fully electrically heated. It has bridges running across the pool and we have installed the latest halogen lights to give a wonderful ambiance when sitting outside in the evening at the lava rock table where you can sip your favourite tipple. There are 8 sun beds and an outside shower with hot and cold running water and security lighting. Leading from the barbecue and covered seating area is an entrance Atrium that has a pool table for the guests to use.

Notes on prices
Prices shown are for the property per week in UK Pounds (based on 4 sharing). For additional guests within the main villa the price is £90.00 per person per week. The annexe can be rented from £180.00 per week only when the villa has been booked for six paying guests.
Changeover day
Normal change over day is Thursday but this can be flexible depending upon the time of year.

The Master bedroom has a super king size bed and leads to the patio and pool areas.
Bedroom two also has a super king size bed.
Bedroom 3 is a twin room.
The annexe is self contained and has a shower room, kitchen and twin beds. |

The master bedroom has en-suite facilities.
Bedrooms 2 & 3 are serviced by the main bathroom. The annexe has a kitchen and shower room. |

The kitchen is well equipped with, fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and dishwasher etc. |

Washing machine, clothes horse and a variety of essentials. |

Entering from the patio is large Atrium which contains a full size American pool table. |
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: |
The property is fully cleaned prior to your visit and all towels and bedding are provided. If staying for two weeks the villa is spot cleaned and the towels and bed linen are changed. |

Outside
Villa Charlotte has one of the largest private swimming pools in Lanzarote and covers over 100 square metres and contains a secure child friendly area, roman steps for easy access and a Badu swim jet.
Coast/Beach
Flamingo beach is a 15 minute walk away. There a bars and restaurants and a nearby is the Timanfaya Hotel which has nightly entertainment. A 10 minute drive away is the beautiful Papagayo beach with it's tranquil setting.
Golf
There is a golf course at Costa Tequise which is about a 25 min drive away. A new golf course at Playa Blanca will be fully open soon.
Travel
The airport is situated at Arrecife is about a 30 minute drive away from Villa Charlotte. Car hire is not essential but we would recommended it to visit all the attractions on the island. There are various web based car hire companies and well worth a try is www.doyouspain.com
Distances
The nearest Supermarket is at The Paradise Island Hotel and is a 5 minute walk away. Playa Blanca Village is a 5 minute drive away and has a wonderful bay and lovely restaurants with great views.
Further details
A visit to the new Rubicon Marina is a must with it's boats and fine shops. Well worth a visit is Lanis restauarant where the kids can feed the fish.
