Changeover day
We are flexible with booking dates, and also with departure times, but request that the apartment is vacated at 12 noon if there is a follow on booking for that day.

Notes on accommodation
No smoking permitted in the apartment. Family friendly complex, large heated pool with childrens' section, 24 hour reception/money changing, well stocked supermarket on site. Laundarette. Pool table, table tennis and restaurant with bar/large screen TV and evening entertainment.

Accessibility
Has very good access for wheelchairs, as apartment is on ground floor.

Outside
Small terrace with small garden beyond, table and 4 chairs included for use on terrace. Mattresses (stored in wardrobe) available for guests to use on sunbeds around pool.

Coast/Beach
The beautiful beaches of Vista Sur are 15 mins walk from apartment. These are wheelchair friendly and safe for children.

Golf
Compostela Beach Golf overlooks the course 'Golf Las Americas' half an hour walk from Complex to Clubhouse, but taxis very frequent and can be booked from Reception. All equipment can be hired from the Club, including golf bags/trolleys etc. Tel: 00 34 922 75 20 05. Fax 00 34 922 79 52 50.

Travel
Nearest airport is Tenerife South (Sofia Reina) this is a 15 minute taxi drive currently priced at 20 euros. Car hire not essential, everything is within walking distance and buses are frequent and inexpensive and go all over the Island. The only time we consider hiring a car is to visit the excellent fish restaurants at Los Abrigos.

Distances
A 15 min walk will take you to heart of Los Cristianos or to Las Americas. Bars and restaurants are 5 mins walk from the complex, there are many excellent supermarkets close by and it is very plesant to walk the circumfrence of the Golf Course. Guests always comment on how well situated the complex is.

Further details
There is a folder in the apartment which includes maps/directions to local supermarkets, restaurants and resorts/beaches. It also includes a section for guests comments and recommendations on places to eat. All hand books for equipment and guide book/phrase book are easily found in the drawers of tv cabinet in lounge.

Booking notes
We ask for 10% of the total rental as a deposit with the balance to be paid 1 month before departure. Keys will be sent after the balance has been received and we ask that guests post them back to us on their return home. Payment by cheque please.

'we had a lovely holiday and the apartment was everything we hoped it would be from the level of the equipment to the cleanliness. We found the positioning to be jst right for a quick walk into either Los Cristianos or the bright lights of Los Americas. Tony made very good use of the TV (just like being at home) and the library was excellent'.
