This attractive private complex is situated on the beachfront in the Playa Bastian area of Costa Teguise, separated from the beach only by a pedestrianised promenade. The apartments are ideally located with pool and sea views. Set in beautiful surroundings of well-maintained gardens and terraces it houses 3 swimming pools, baby pool, pool bar and 2 restaurants on site. Step out of your apartment and within a few minutes you can be on the beach. In the immediate area are a good selection of shops, bars and restaurants or if you want to venture further afield a 10-minute stroll along the promenade (directly in front of the complex) will take you to the main Las Cucharas beach where there are a variety of watersports and the centre of Costa Teguise.

There will be a £15 surcharge per week for each additional person.

Changeover day
The main changeover day is Thursday although this can be flexible. Departure is usually required by 10am and arrival after 2pm to allow for apartment cleaning although this may also be flexible if there are no new arrivals.
Notes on accommodation
Weekly towel and bedding change. These are strictly non smoking apartments. Please respect the no smoking policy. It would be appreciated if smokers would kindly use the balcony. Thank you.
Accessibility
A13 is on the ground floor and is wheelchair accessible and it is also possible to easily access the pool and bar area. This apartment has a large walk in shower.
Outside
Both apartments have a good sized balcony and pool view (1st floor apt also has a sea view). There are a total of 4 swimming pools on the complex including a childrens pool and free sunbeds. There is a pool bar and a further 2 bar/restaurants on the complex. During the summer months there are weekly barbecues.
Coast/Beach
Playa Bastian beach is directly in front of the complex with access down a private road, a 10 minute leisurely stroll along the seafront will take you to the main Las Cucharas beach where you will find watersport activities.
Golf
The only golf couse on the island is here in Costa Teguise.
Travel
Directly outside the complex is a bus stop with frequent services running to the capital Arrecife as well as other resorts such as Puerto Del Carmen and Playa Blanca. The bus service is very good and the bus fares are very reasonable.
Distances
The complex is approximately a 10 minute leisurely stroll from the lively centre of Costa Teguise, however you will find bars, restaurants, gift shops, supermarkets and a bank in the immediate vicinity. The only waterpark and golf course on the island are also both close by.
Further details
Playa Bastian is a well established hoiday location in Costa Teguise. There are shops, bars and restaurants right on the doorstep however if you wish to venture further afield the lively centre of Costa Teguise is less than a 10 minute stroll away where you will also find the main Las Cucharas beach.

A non refundable deposit of £50 per week is due at the time of booking With the remainder to be paid 6 weeks before departure.
House swap
House swap considered. Greece and Greek Islands must sleep 4. Close to beach, centre and amenities.
