One has its own private heated spa pool, relaxation area and dining area as well as the use of the communal pool, the other has a private heated jaccuzzi spa pool, relaxation area, dining area and use of the communal pool. They are close to all the attractions and amenities of the Maspalomas, Playa del Ingles area. These bungalow can be let as a single unit or for larger parties combined with No 3, the 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms property next door. These properties are suitable for family gatherings but not large groups wishing to party all night as there are noise restrictions.

From January 2012 the price for up to 4 people is £790 and for up to 8 people £970. Once you have contacted us to confirm that the period you require is available a deposit of half the total cost secures that period. Should you decide to cancel, the deposit is refundable only if we are subsequently able to rent the period you have reserved, a small administration fee will be deducted from this. The balance is payable in Euro cash on arrival. A £200/Euro cash security deposit will be required on arrival. This will be refunded at the end of your stay in UK pounds or Euro as long as there are no major breakages.

Location Information: The properties are situated in Campo Internacional which is between the beach (at the lighthouse) and the area known as Maspalomas. They are a two minutes walk from the golf course and five minutes walk to the shopping centre at Faro II where there is a supermarket, bars and restaurants. It is easy to get taxis from the road outside the golf club. Maspalomas has a stunning beach (and the world famous sand dunes) - you can walk there in about 15 minutes or hop in a taxi. Nearby is the area of Meloneras which has many classy bars, restaurants and shops. Go the other way and you can enjoy the night life of Playa del Ingles. If you have a hire car then you can reach the GC-1 motorway in about four minutes making it easy to get to the city of Las Palmas, shopping in Vecindario or days out in Puerto Rico or Mogan. Gran Canaria has stunning mountain scenery and a drive up into the centre of the island to see the fantastic views is recommended.
