Casa Anita is a 2 bedroom semi-detached villa set within a small self contained tourist development. The villa is equipped to the highest standard with all the modern conveniences you would be used to at home as well as your own private Hot Tub and secluded sun terrace. The development only has 40 villas but has its own swimming pool, kiddies pool & playground. All this and only a short walk to the town centre, restaurants and famous sandy beaches. When you arrive a "Welcome Pack" will be waiting to start you on your holiday. This truly is your holiday place in sun!

Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds but we also accept Euros by direct transfer or Paypal.
Changeover day
Changeover days are usually on a Wednesday although there are Saturday flights now and we will make every endeavour to satisfy unusual requests.

| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 with double bed, large fitted wardrobe and safe. Bedroom 2 with twin single beds and large fitted wardrobe. |
| Bathrooms: | Fully tiled bathroom with bath/shower, WC, bidet, vanity mirror with lights and shaver power socket. |
| Kitchen: | Cooker and hob, microwave and grill, large fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, cork screw and all utensils. |
| Utility Room: | Cleaning equipment. |
| Living Rooms: | A bright and airy lounge, kitchen and diner with table and 6 chairs. Lounge has a sofa bed,sateliteTV with 70 channels , DVD and a selection of discs. CD, for the younger visitor there is a Playstation 2. A selection of books and games is available. |
| Other: | Apart from your own private Hot Tub there are 4 sun loungers, table and chairs, parasol and your own secluded roof terrace with stunning views of the sand dunes, Los Lobos and Lanzarote. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Bedding, towels and tea towels are included. A mid week linen change is also included. |
Notes on accommodation
Casa Anita is ideal for couples and families with young children, the lower sun terrace is totally secure having a lockable door to the complex. The roof terrace is accessed via a spiral staircase from the sun terrace. Smoking is not permitted inside the villa, only on the sun terraces. We would ask guests to respect our wishes in this matter. Couples and families welcome.

Both Casa Anita & the complex are wheelchair friendly.
Outside
The complex of Los Abanicos has been designed with the visitor in mind with lush grass and typical Canarian plants and trees around the walk ways which are lit a night for your safety and convenience.
Coast/Beach
Casa Anita is a 5/6 minute drive from The Parc Natural and the famous sand dunes. The little fishing village of El Cotillo is about 20 minutes drive where the beaches are very quiet. The Northern beaches are ideal for small children with sheltered coves. Excellent fishing to be had.
Golf
There are several golf courses under construction, but the only one open is at Caleta de Fusta which is about 35 mins drive to the south.
Special interest holidays
A firm favorite on the island is windsurfing, kite surfing or body boarding.Fishing is also an ideal,relaxing pass time. Why not try & catch your own dinner with equipment we have provided.
Travel
Fuerteventura airport is an easy 30 mins drive, with maps and directions supplied. We would recommend a car to appreciate this beautiful Island. For those less adventurous taxis are in vast supply at a 10 min walk and everything you need can be provided only a short walk away. Airport pick up can also be arranged.
Distances
Corralejo town centre is an easy 25-30 mins walk away although there are bars and shops only 10 mins away. The Baku Water Park and twice weekly market are 10 mins away as is the bowling alley and golf driving range.
Further details
No matter what your taste in food is Corralejo has a restaurant to suit your needs. There are ample bars for a quiet drink or bars that provide live music. Banks and supermarkets are plentiful.
Booking notes
Booking can be made by cheque, postal order, Internet Bank Transfer or bank draft. A provisional booking may be made and held for 3 days to allow for flights to be booked. After that time either a non refundable deposit of £100 is received or the booking will be cancelled. The balance is to be paid 5 weeks before travel, once the payment has cleared full details on directions & how to use the keysafe will be emailed or posted to you.
