Luxurious bungalow situated on the top of a hill overlooking the sea and the beach. This spacious bungalow is part of a small and executive complex built by private owners over 20 years ago. Very well kept, nice gardens. The bungalow is directly next to a beautiful swimming pool ( 7MX14M) which is central to this very quiet and chilled holiday .The bungalow comprise 2 double Bedrooms, a spacious lounge open to the kitchen / Dining area with enough space to sit 6 to 8 people.The kitchen is a spacious American kitchen, ideal to enjoy evenings with family and friends. The lounge leads to the terrace which has a wonderful sea view over the beach and also Tenerife Islands. The property also offer a vast private patio ideal for sunbathing in a quiet and and exotic environment. There is 1 bathroom with shower, 2 separate toilets. TV/ DVD player,there is a safe for your valuables. This bungalow will charm you because of its location and quiet and cosy environment.

BUNGALOW

A deposit of 30% at the date of the booking, the remaining 70% is due one week before arrival. The cleaning fee, towels and sheets are included. The price includes the bed linen, and the cleaning fee of the bungalow on departure.A supplement of 10€/day is applied for a fith person, there is a temporary bed available.

Studio

A deposit of 20% is needed when you are making the booking, the other 80% shortly before arrival. the cleaning fee,towels and sheets are included. Sunbeds are by the bungalow near the swimmingpool.

Studio / apartment, a spacious open plan comprising a bedroom area, continuing into the lounge. There is a separate bathroom with toilet and shower. The lounge leads to a nice patio with a sea view. The studio is spacious (40M2), very near to the swimming pool and the garden areas. There is a sofa for additional sleeping space. There is plenty of storage space in the bedroom with wall cupboards. There is a TV and a DVD player. This studio has been very recently updated and refurnished, the bathroom is brand new fitted with spa jets shower, marble top and designer taps and toilets. The studio is situated in a very quiet and charming complex, with lovely gardens. the tarrasse offers the sun in the afternoon, and a view over the sea and tenerife and the Taide mountain. The studio is for 2/3 persons maximum, this is to preserve the calm and quality of this charming accomodation.

There is a sofa that can be used for occasional sleeping. the main bed is a double bed, brand new with a good quality and comfortable matress.

Studio
This unit can be rented at the same time as the bungalow next to it for big families or if you're thinking of coming with some friends. Feel free to get in touch. IT IS NOT PERMITTED TO SMOKE IN THE APPARTMENT, please use the terrasse if you are a smoker, there are ashtrays available in the flat! PLEASE DO NOT SIT ON THE SOFAS WITH WET SWIMMING SHORT OR WITHOUT WEARING a T-SHIRT, as the fabrics are fragile and WILL get dirty. this is very basic but sun cream and sweat will mark the new furniture.

Location Information: The property overlooks the sea which is 5 min away by car or bus, plenty of bars and restaurants are in the area if you wish to stay local. if you have a car or get a taxi ( €3.50 to go to Puerto Rico centre), you can discover some excellent restaurants by the beach either in Puerto Rico but also in Mogan, where the harbour is very pretty full of beautiful yachts and a very typical Spanish town full of flowers and life. We also recommend Maspalomas with its famous dunes, vast beach and lovely sea front. Nightlife in Maspalomas is renowned to be hot and non stop, but Puerto Rico also lights up in the winter time. A day visit of the island is also high on the list of things to do, so don't hesitate this is a fantastic and surprising volcanic island. Some viewSare stunning.
