Prices are for 4 people per week, £50 per person per week extra
We are a fully flexible management company and short or long stays can be negotiated.
Changeover day
Arrival day is completely flexible, access after 2pm. Departure is 10am, luggage storage etc is readily available.

Accessibility
All of the outside and downstairs area is wheelchair friendly with wide entrances & exits.
Outside
Enjoy the sweeping views from the spacious terraces, or enjoy a swim in your own 8 x 4 metre solar heated pool with romanesque steps. All of the pool is 1.2 metres in depth for total ease of use.
Provided for your use are sunbeds, patio chairs, large dining table & chairs.
Coast/Beach
Costa Teguise has many good beaches 10 minute drive away. World windsurfing championships are held here every June. Famara has a glorious sandy beach with good waves for kite surfing & boarding alike. Whilst further north are many picturesque coves & beaches leading to the island of Las Grasiosas which can be seen from Famara beach.
Golf
There are two golf courses on Lanzarote, Costa Teguise course is less than 10 minutes away, Tias course 25 minutes away.
Travel
Arrecife airport is 15 minutes away. Car hire is definitely recommended to get full benefit from everything the island has to offer.
Distances
Nearest shop is 5 mins away either Nazaret or Tahiche. Eurospar is 10 mins in Arrecife, directions supplied by management company.
Cesar Manrique house & foundation is less than 5 min away, as is Lagamar & the ancient capital of Teguise with fortress.
Timanfya, the only active volcano on the island is 25 minutes away, through the wine growing region of La Geria. The Cactus garden can be found just north of Teguise, as is the Tropical Bird Garden at Guinete.
Further details
On the main road towards Teguise lies the Canarian Social Club (Sociadad) couple of minutes drive away for good traditional food & drink. A further 2 kilometres brings you to Teguise with it's secret cinema & many fine eateries & renowned Sunday Market with live music, bars etc.
Or in the opposite direction there is Costa Teguise with it's shops, banks, fine beaches & Friday evening craft market in the square. Plus along the seafront there are many bars with live music & good food. Management company can give you further details and answer any queries you may have while on holiday.
