The lounge

Casa Arabella is owned by us personally and has a private electrically heated pool (6x3)in the tropical front garden. It is often said that the photos of this villa do not do it justice - just ask one of our many repeat guests! There is a small gated childrens play area with playhouse and private sun bathing area in the back garden. There is an outdoor terrace area with a table and four chairs, a patio with sun loungers. The villa is furnished and equipped to a high modern standard. It is suitable for four people and a baby/small child in a cot or Zbed which we provide free of charge, also have sterliser. The villa is semi-detached and has a comfortable and cool lounge, a fully fitted kitchen, independant dining room with stylish furniture and hi-fi with great selection of holiday music, family bathroom and large master bedroom with kingsize bed. There is also a twin bedroom with two single beds. There is off road parking on the gated driveway. We also have a security safe.

Changeover day
Totally flexible on day of arrival and on length of stay. The villa is normally ready by 2pm on your day of arrival, on your departure day, if there are guests following you in, you may be required to depart at 10am.

Towels and linen included, property clean and presented perfectly for arrivals, mid week clean and towel change and full clean with linen change if staying for two weeks or more. The cleaning/maintenance are carried out by our own family business here. |
Notes on accommodation
We have an eletrically heated pool which is turned on all year around at no extra cost. We have lots of baby equipment and toys. We have a hairdryer.

Accessibility
We have repeat guests with wheelchairs.
Outside
The pool is 7 x 3m, there is a patio with four sun loungers and a table with four chairs. The garden is enclosed by a low volcanic wall and the drive which fits one car is gated. We have lots of nice plants and flowers.
Coast/Beach
To walk to the beach from Casa Arabella would take you 20 minutes maximum. To drive would be less than 5 minutes. There are over 8 white sand beaches in the area, you can walk to the ferry port in 15 mins and here you can catch the sea-taxi to Papagayo beaches for the day!
Golf
The nearest golf course is currently a 45 min drive away.
Special interest holidays
Lanzarote is great for beach lovers, walkers and photographers. Its also a fabulous family holiday resort. Children are always welcome in the great restaurants here.
We accept small dogs.
Travel
The airport is called Arrecife and this is a 35 min drive from the villa. We offer excellent rates on car hire and we can also provide a meet and greet private transfer to and from the airport.
Distances
The centre of Playa Blanca is a 20 min walk away, there are shops a little closer.
Booking notes
To book please email and check availability, I'll send you a booking form and you will be required to pay a 25% deposit. Your balance will be due 8 weeks prior to arrival. In the case of late bookings I am often happy for you to pay once you arrive and settle in.
