Notes on prices
Prices are based on two people per week. Discounts available for long lets. Please note the above prices are per person per week.
Reductions available for rentals over one month. Single occupancy charged at a higher rate.
Please be aware that bedding/towels are changed after the 7th day of a two week booking. Rentals of between 7 and 10 days will incur an extra cost for such changes if required.
Changeover day
Changeover day is dependent upon flights from the UK. Please contact for further information. Guests will be required to vacate the apartment by 10.30 am on the day of departure. Luggage may be left securely in the Utility Area if required.

Outside
Large garden to the rear, front and side of the property. Covered patio area with table and seating for 4. Sunbeds. Beautiful large shared pool at the rear of the property with use of sunbeds. Car port.
Coast/Beach
5 minutes away by car at the rear of the Atlantic Centre. 10 minutes drive to the beach at Caleta de Fuste. Alternatively you may drive 40 minutes to the south of the island to some of the best beaches in Europe.
Golf
Beautiful golf course 2 minutes walk from the property. 5 star hotel at the 19th hole.
Travel
The airport is 15 minutes drive, Caleta de Fuste 10 minutes by car or taxi. A free air conditioned bus service runs from the Golf Course hotel to Caleta de Fuste town and beach and the Atlantic shopping centre.
An airport collection and drop-off service is available if required.
Further details
The Atlantic Centre is a 5 minute drive or 20 minute walk from the apartment and has a Spar, Cinema, Bowling Alley, Restaraunts and shops. You may walk along the promenade from the Centre into Caleta de Fuste. Caleta de Fuste has a wide variety of shops, bars and restaraunts.
Booking notes
A deposit of 25% is required with the remainder to be sent 1 month before date of departure. Any cancellations 8 weeks prior to departure will be refunded in full minus £10 administration costs. Any cancellations with less than 8 weeks to go before departure will result in the loss of any deposit paid. A refundable cheque for £150 is also required to cover any accidental damage.
