Great for alfresco dining or just soaking up the sun. To the side of the villa is a utility room containing a washing machine and clothes horse. To the front there is a carport. The bedrooms are, 1 double and 2 single beds, and in the lounge there are 2 sofa beds.

Location Information: The villa is situated in the peaceful residential area of La Capallania , around 3km from the town of Corralejo. There is a supermarket close by and bars and restaurant. With a southwesterly backdrop of mountain views , a 5 minute drive to the north will bring you to Corralejo. The views across the town and beyond to the islands of lLbos and Lanzarote are quite stunning. Corralejo has many excellent restaurants, bars and shops. It also hosts the Bacu water park which has golf ,ten pin bowling climbing and fabulous gardens. Beautiful white sandy beaches run from the town on into the famous sand dunes which are a haven for kitesurfers and sunbathers alike.
