Changeover day
Changeover day is Friday, but other days may be accommodated depending on the time of year. For late flights there is a secure luggage room in the reception area and excellent shower facilities below ground level near the pool.

Notes on accommodation
The hotel has an excellent restaurant that offers full buffet breakfast and dinner at very reasonable prices. There is a launderette and hairdresser. Evening entertainment is either in the hotel or at the pool bar.

Outside
The pool area has the sun all day and has free cushioned sun beds. The poolside bar/snackbar is open all day and offers excellent meals, drinks and snacks service at reasonable prices.
Coast/Beach
The Santa Maria is only a 5 minute stroll from the beautiful sandy beach which offers all manner of water sports. Being situated at Puerto Colon means that there are some fantastic boat trips available. Shops, bars and great restaurants are all within a couple of minutes walk from the hotel.
Golf
Within easy reach of Golf de Sur and Amarillo Golf.
Travel
The studio is a 20 minute drive from the airport with taxis available outside the terminal building (cost approx 25 euros). Reception will call a taxi for you on your departure to the airport, or at any other time.
Distances
Easily accessible to all areas of Playa de Las Americas, Los Cristianos and Adeje.
Further details
Although we are non-smokers we understand that some people may wish to smoke. All that we ask is that guests smoke on the balcony and not in the studio.
Access to the Apartment is 2pm on the day of arrival and guests need to vacate by 10am on the day of departure.
This enables our Cleaners to ensure that the high standards of cleanliness are maintained.
Booking notes
A deposit of £100 is required on booking, with the balance due 8 weeks before departure.
