Notes on accommodation
The villa is located in a cul de sac road, with only a few properties and very little traffic goes by the villa hence its privacy and peacefulness for relaxation, sunbathing, reading etc.
Accessibility
We have no steps to enter the villa and we have bedrooms on the ground floor, wide doors and good fittings and furniture.
Outside
Garden, patio, BBQ, outdoor furniture included - parasols etc.
Coast/Beach
Within walking distance to beach.
Golf
Golf available at Puerto del Carmen 5 minutes from villa and Costa Teguise.
Special interest holidays
Water sports such as jet skiing, scuba diving, sailing, surfing and also fishing.
boats can be hired locally with or without crew.
Travel
Arrcife airport is 10 minutes from the villa, taxi costs 8 euros.

Villa is in puerto del carmen.
Further details
There is a large local shop and garage 3 minutes walk from the villa, opens at 8a/m until 10 p/m each day, garage with basics open 24 hours. Large shopping centre called Biosfere 5 minutes walk from the villa open early till late 7 days, all pubs, restaurants only short walk away.

Deposit of 25% on booking, and balance 8 weeks prior to departure.
