Notes on prices
Prices are for the apartment, based on up to 4 people sharing. For more than 4 people, add £50 pppw. For part week bookings, nightly rate applies. During off peak periods, we may offer special rates for smaller groups or last minute bookings - please enquire. Completed Booking Form and 25% non refundable deposit required within 7 days of reservation, with the balance due within 6 weeks of your arrival date. Preferred method of payment is bank transfer. We accept bank transfers in GBP or Euro. Refundable security deposit of £100/€150 also required upon payment of the balance. Internet optional - charged at £20/25€ pw POOL SAFETY FENCE OPTIONAL - hire charge of 75€ per week, payable locally NB: Prices subject to change at the owner's discretion. No price change will be made after booking taken.

All bedrooms have ample storage & are beautifully & comfortably furnished. There are remote controlled ceiling fans in each room to keep you cool on those warm canarian nights or the option of a portable air conditioning unit for a charge of 45€ pw.

Location Information: Located in Mirador de Las Dunas, a residential complex in the peaceful Parque Natural area of Corralejo, this is the only apartment with it's own private pool & garden. Front line to the beautiful, protected sand dunes & with the famous blue flag beaches approx 5 min drive away, the complex has a huge lagoon style swimming pool, a smaller shallow pool for children & a hot tub. Corralejo has some of the best beaches in Europe (often compared to beaches in the Carribean)! and is a great place for a families. The Baku Water Park is only a short drive and is great for a family day out. The resort itself is only a 5 min drive and is very family friendly with plenty of bars & high quality restaurants. There are also some lovely smaller beaches in the town itself, where you can relax with a cold drink at one of the beach bars. There is a large supermarket only a 5 min walk away and the nearest restaurant is also a 5 minute walk
