Beautifully presented air conditioned house with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, lounge with 32" flat screen TV, and sun room with dining area. Tastefully decorated to a very high standard. Air conditioning has been installed in all living and sleeping areas for your comfort. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and hairdryers. A safe has been fitted in master bedroom. The modern fully fitted kitchen has granite worktop and all appliances. Large extended outdoor space with large tiled patio and 2 separate decked areas. One decked area has retractable sun canopy and gas barbecue. There is also an additional balcony from master bedroom where you can enjoy fantastic views to the golf course and to the sea. There are golf clubs in the house for the use of guests. The shared pool has a separate kiddie's paddling pool, sun loungers, shower and toilet block. We have had an internet connection fitted which works via an ethernet cable to your own laptop and operates on a pay as you go basis.

Changeover day
Flexible. Where possible guests will be allowed to enter and leave the villa to suit their flight times, however if there are outgoing/incoming guests, we may need to adhere to 10am departure/4pm entry.

Notes on accommodation
Remote controlled air conditioning is installed in lounge area and both bedrooms. We have internet connect which can be used with your own laptop by connecting to ethernet cable and is operated on a pay as you go system with charges from 1 hour to 1 month. Standard laptop suitable to connect to this facilityn - WIFI not required.

Outside
Very large tiled patio area with sun loungers, table and chairs with added decking area to the rear of the property. Separate decked barbecue area with retractable sun canopy and gas barbecue to the front of the property.
Coast/Beach
Distance to the beach is 1km. Situated at Atlantico Commercial Centre where there is a variety of shops, bars, restaurants, cinema and ten-pin bowling alley. The beach is man-made and ideal for families with safe swimming area. There is a walkway from the beach out to a restaurant on an island in the sea.
Golf
Overlooking the 18th tee of Fuerteventura Golf Course which was the venue for the Spanish Open 2004 and within walking distance of the new Las Salinas golf course.
Travel
Fuerteventura airport is approximately 9 minutes by car or taxi. Car hire is not essential but it is recommended.
Distances
The nearest town is Caleta de Fuste which is approximately 20 minutes walk. There is a courtesy bus service from the Elba Palace hotel which is the clubhouse for Fuerteventura Golf Course and is a short walk away from the house.
Further details
The Atlantico Commercial Centre is across the main road at the bottom of the golf course and has shops, bars, restaurants, bank, cinema and ten pin bowling alley.
